You'll work alongside an experienced team to support a diverse roster of clients, with work that might include:<ul><li>Supporting client communications across a wide range of industries and project types.</li><li>Helping coordinate events, from press conferences to rallies to trips across rural Alaska.</li><li>Creating content for social media, working with subject matter experts to get the details right.</li><li>Monitoring media and social channels and compiling reporting for clients.</li><li>Writing and editing press materials, pitches, and other client content.</li><li>Building and maintaining media lists and tracking coverage.</li><li>Pitching local, state, and national journalists on behalf of clients.</li></ul>What you bring to the tableThis is a role for someone who is curious, organized, and ready to hit the ground running. We're looking for candidates with:<ul><li>A degree in communications, journalism, PR, marketing, English, or a related field, or comparable real-world experience in its place.</li><li>Strong writing skills and comfort working across different formats and voices.</li><li>An eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks without letting things slip.</li><li>Familiarity with social media platforms and an instinct for what resonates.</li><li>A creative, problem-solving mindset and the confidence to take initiative.</li><li>Genuine interest in the work we do and the industries we serve.</li></ul>Prior experience in communications, journalism, content creation, government, or any public-facing field is a plus, but not a requirement. We hire for potential and train for specifics.A few more things you should know <ul><li>This role has real room to grow. Coordinators at T&amp;C take on meaningful work quickly and grow into more senior positions.</li></ul>Salary: $50,000-60,000 per year, based on experience.
