We are seeking a driven Inside Sales Medical Representative to join our team. This role is essential to our mission of expanding our national market presence and achieving ambitious growth goals. Compensation is a generous base salary plus a no-cap commission structure: substantial earning potential for high performers.What You&rsquo;ll DoDrive new business by conducting outbound calls to medical practices nationwide<ul><li>Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales goals</li><li>Develop long-term relationships with doctors and staff while acquiring new accounts</li><li>Deliver expert knowledge across our product lines and respond promptly to inquiries</li><li>Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions</li><li>Represent the Company at select trade shows to expand professional outreach</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams and partners to strengthen the sales pipeline</li></ul>What We&rsquo;re Looking For<ul><li>1+ year of inside sales experience (healthcare sales preferred but not required)</li><li>Strong phone presence and fearless approach to prospecting</li><li>Exceptional follow-up and organizational skills</li><li>Clear and persuasive verbal and written communication abilities</li><li>Motivated, results-driven, and resilient with a positive, team-first attitude</li><li>Ability to manage time effectively and work independently</li></ul>Education, Training and experience <ul><li>High school diploma or GED</li><li>Inside sales experience: 1 year</li></ul>Pay &amp; Schedule<ul><li>Base: $40,000/ $19.23 an hour</li><li>Commissions: 5% net sales commissions, NO CAP</li><li>Non-Except</li><li>Full-time, In-Office.</li><li>Monday &ndash; Friday, 7:30am &ndash; 4:00pm.</li></ul>Physical Demands and Work Environment The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this position.
