Your Role as a Maintenance Technician:</b></div><div>
As a Maintenance Technician, you&rsquo;ll play a critical role in ensuring our apartment community stays in top condition. You will handle maintenance requests, perform preventative maintenance, and assist with property upkeep to provide a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.</div><div>

What You&rsquo;ll Do:</b></div><ul><li><b>
Maintenance &amp; Repairs</b>: Perform timely and efficient maintenance of residential units, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry.</li><li><b>
Preventative Maintenance</b>: Regularly inspect the property to identify and address potential issues before they become major problems.</li><li><b>
Service Requests</b>: Respond promptly to work orders from residents and resolve issues to ensure resident satisfaction.</li><li><b>
Safety &amp; Compliance</b>: Ensure the property complies with safety standards by performing routine safety checks and maintaining a clean and hazard-free environment.</li><li><b>
Emergency Support</b>: Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies to ensure 24/7 support for residents.</li><li><b>
Collaboration</b>: Work closely with the on-site management team to maintain the property&rsquo;s condition and assist with larger maintenance projects as needed.</li></ul><div><b>
Our Ideal Candidate:</b></div><ul><li>
High school diploma, GED, or an equivalent level of education and experience.</li><li>
2+ years of experience in apartment maintenance or a similar role.</li><li>
A valid driver&rsquo;s license and reliable vehicle is required for this role for the purpose of on-call emergencies.</li><li>
Flexibility and availability for on-call duty and emergency repairs.</li><li>
EPA and CPO certification preferred.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.</li><li>
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete tasks efficiently.</li><li>
Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members.</li><li>
Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.</li><li>
Must be willing to perform additional duties such as snow removal, and unit touch ups.</li></ul></div><p></p>
