About Us East Fish Processing LLC in Ajman, UAE is looking for a reliable and skilled Export Sales Coordinator with UAE seafood or FMCG export experience to join us immediately.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage export sales orders from customer confirmation to shipment.</li><li>Collaborate with internal teams (Production, QA, Logistics) for timely orders.</li><li>Handle export documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, C/O, Health Certificates).</li><li>Coordinate shipments with freight forwarders and shipping lines.</li><li>Ensure compliance with export regulations, customs, and customer requirements.</li><li>Maintain accurate sales records, customer data, and reports.</li><li>Support the Export Sales team in customer communication and order follow-up.</li><li>Prepare system invoicing using ERP software in line with export orders.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s in Business, Sales, or related field.</li><li>Strong organizational and communication skills.</li><li>Experience in UAE seafood exports or FMCG exports.</li><li>Good knowledge of export documentation and shipping processes.</li><li>Female candidates, including those on spouse visa, are welcome to apply.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Be a part of Thomsun Group.</li><li>Experience-based package with company visa and health insurance.</li></ul>Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.Job Type: Full-timePay: From AED4,000.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of UAE seafood or FMCG export experience do you have?</li><li>Kindly mention your visa status along with the earliest date you can join our team.</li></ul>
