Position Overview:LPS (www.lps-me.com) is looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer specialised in luxury fragrance, beauty, cosmetics, or premium lifestyle brands. This remote role, open to candidates based in Cairo which requires a strong eye for luxury aesthetics, visual storytelling, and AI-powered creative workflows to develop refined campaign assets across print, digital, and social platforms.REQUIRED SKILLS &amp; EXPERIENCE:<ul><li>3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within creative, digital, or advertising agencies.</li><li>Strong portfolio showcasing luxury, beauty, fragrance, fashion, or premium brand aesthetics.</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects preferred).</li><li>Hands-on experience using AI tools for design ideation, image generation, retouching, and creative production workflows.</li><li>Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, and visual storytelling</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality creative outputs under tight timelines.</li><li>Experience in social media creatives, campaign adaptations, digital assets, and print- ready artwork.</li><li>Detail-oriented, highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable in a fast-paced creative environment.</li><li>Strong communication skills and ability to work closely with creative and cross-functional teams.</li><li>Passion for luxury branding, emerging design trends, and AI-driven creative innovation</li><li>Basic understanding of motion graphics, video editing, or animation workflows is a plus.</li><li>Ability to take creative feedback positively and translate conceptual directions into polished, detail-oriented final executions aligned with brand aesthetics efficiently.</li></ul>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>Create visually refined and premium design outputs for luxury fragrance and beauty brands across print, digital, social media, film stills, presentations, and campaign assets while integrating AI tools into the creative and production workflow</li><li>Collaborate closely with the Senior Art Director and Creative Director to translate conceptual directions into polished, brand-aligned visual executions with strong attention to storytelling and luxury aesthetics</li><li>Develop layouts, key visuals, campaign adaptations, and social creatives that reflect the elegance, sensorial appeal, and visual sophistication of luxury fragrance communication</li><li>Utilize AI-powered creative tools for ideation, image generation, retouching, mockups, and design enhancement to improve creative exploration, efficiency, and output quality</li><li>Maintain high sensitivity to typography, composition, color, and visual detailing while delivering multiple projects within fast-paced timelines and production schedules</li><li>Ensure all creative deliverables are aligned with brand guidelines, campaign objectives, platform specifications, and premium visual standards</li><li>Coordinate with creative, content, and production teams to support seamless execution of campaigns across digital and offline touchpoints</li><li>Prepare final artwork files and production-ready assets with strong attention to accuracy, consistency, and finishing quality</li><li>Keep pace with evolving luxury visual cultures, fashion and fragrance communication trends, and contemporary digital aesthetics to bring culturally relevant and elevated creative perspectives to campaigns and brand storytelling.</li></ul>Pay: E&pound;28,400.00 - E&pound;41,200.00 per monthApplication Question(s):<ul><li>Are you available for immediate joining?</li><li> What is your current notice period?</li><li> Are you comfortable communicating in English?</li></ul>Work Location: In person
