<b>A T&amp;G HVAC Service Technician</b><br>
<b>Uncapped earning potential typically in the range of 60k-140k+</b><br>
<br>
Running service and maintenance appointments for residential HVAC customers in their homes, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing issues with the HVAC systems<br>
Understands and master the ability to present multiple options for repairs and enhancements via a company iPad<br>
Runs preventative maintenance appointments for our thousands of Home Care Club Members<br>
Actively participates in ongoing training through Nexstar, meetings, and company events<br>
Is held to performance based KPIs</div>
<div></div><div><b>What Does It Take</b></div>
<div><ul><li>2 years of residential HVAC Experience</li>
<li>Experience troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing issues with the HVAC system within confined spaces, including but not limited to crawl spaces and attics</li>
<li>A passion and drive to explain, present, and honestly provide options to customers</li>
<li>Successful completion of a 9-panel drug test, background check, and motor vehicle report</li>
