<div><p><b>Role Description &ndash;</b></p><ul><li><br>
 Formulate, organize, and coordinate inter-connected projects across multiple departments and geographies.</li><li><br>
 Leverage prior experience or progressively build expertise in IT applications such as ERP, SaaS, and enterprise platforms, as well as emerging technologies including AI/ML, IoT, and RPA, as relevant to client environments.</li><li><br>
 Leverage or develop functional understanding of business processes, with strong preference for Supply Chain domains, including procurement, planning, logistics, manufacturing, sales &amp; distribution, finance, retail, and eCommerce.</li><li><br>
 Lead Project / Program Management for large-scale corporate IT programs and enterprise implementations, including supply chain and procurement product implementations.</li><li><br>
 Own end-to-end responsibility for planning, resource management, risk and issue management, stakeholder management, and project reporting.</li><li><br>
 Identify and drive improvement and efficiency opportunities across programs and projects.</li><li><br>
 Implement project reviews and quality assurance practices to ensure successful delivery and high stakeholder satisfaction.</li><li><br>
 Act as the primary liaison between senior business stakeholders and technology teams to ensure alignment and business value realization.</li><li><br>
 Establish and run large initiatives through structured program and project governance frameworks.</li><li><br>
 Define and document project objectives, scope, assumptions, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans. Develop high-level project plans with milestones and timelines.</li><li><br>
 Create and manage detailed project plans covering tasks, resources, timelines, dependencies, and status tracking. Ensure timely execution and optimal resource utilization.</li><li><br>
 Manage proactive and structured communication with clients, vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.</li><li><br>
 Own on-time, in-scope delivery of project outcomes. Perform periodic risk assessments and manage escalations effectively.</li><li><br>
 Measure and communicate project performance using standard metrics and reporting mechanisms. Maintain comprehensive and reusable project documentation.</li></ul><div></div><h3 class="jobSectionHeader"><b><br>
Requirements</b></h3><p><b>
Required Skills &amp; Experience</b></p><ul><li><br>
 Strong experience in IT Project Management with excellent stakeholder management capabilities.</li><li><br>
 Supply Chain experience preferred, especially in procurement, planning, or enterprise supply chain environments.</li><li><br>
 Hands-on experience in supply chain procurement product implementations (ERP or SaaS-based).</li><li><br>
 Proven experience managing large-scale ERP or SaaS implementations.</li><li><br>
 Experience working in Waterfall, Agile, and/or Hybrid delivery models.</li><li><br>
 Strong analytical, problem-solving, and planning skills with high attention to detail.</li><li><br>
 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work across cross-functional and global teams.</li><li><br>
 Prior exposure to FMCG IT programs is an added advantage.</li><li><br>
 Strong working knowledge of Microsoft tools (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).</li></ul><p></p><p><b><br>
Educational Qualifications</b></p><ul><li><br>
 Strong academic background from reputed engineering and/or management institutions.</li><li><br>
 6&ndash;12 years of relevant experience in project/program management.</li><li><br>
 Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, CSPO, SAFe, or equivalent are preferred. This is the correct one</li></ul></div></div><p></p>
