Role Overview:</b></div><div>
The resource will be responsible for supporting the end-to-end preparation of Form PF filings, with a strong emphasis on data handling, transformation, and validation.</div><div><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></div><ul><li>
Extract, parse, and transform large datasets from multiple Excel sources and other structured/unstructured inputs.</li><li>
Design and implement robust data pipelines using <b>Python</b> for cleaning, transformation, and validation of data.</li><li>
Write and optimize complex <b>SQL queries</b> to aggregate, reconcile, and validate data across systems.</li><li>
Map and populate processed data accurately into <b>Form PF templates</b> in accordance with SEC reporting requirements.</li><li>
Perform data quality checks and ensure consistency, completeness, and auditability of all reported figures.</li><li>
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data definitions, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely submission.</li></ul><div><b>
Required Skills:</b></div><ul><li>
Very strong proficiency in <b>SQL</b> (complex joins, aggregations, performance tuning) - <b>MUST HAVE</b></li><li>
Good <b>Python</b> skills (pandas, data transformation, automation workflows)
</li><li>Extensive experience working with <b>Excel-based data ingestion and transformation</b>.</li><li>
Familiarity with regulatory reporting workflows (preferably <b>Form PF / SEC reporting</b>) is a strong plus.</li><li>
Ability to work under tight timelines and deliver high-quality outputs with minimal supervision.</li></ul><div><b>

Candidate Profile
</div><ul><li>8-15 years of Experience.</li><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in business, Finance, or a related field.</li><li>Capable of delivering on multiple competing priorities with little supervision.</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills.</li><li>This role requires good client-facing skills.</li><li>Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the alternative asset and capital market with a focus on Private Credit and Private Equity Fund Operations.</li><li>Strong Expertise in using SQL for data analysis.</li><li>Hands-on experience with enterprise systems like Fund Accounting (Investran,) MDM tool (Semarchy), and Salesforce CRM.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.</li><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in fund accounting and reporting.</li><li>A good knowledge of any ALM tool like JIRA, Rally, Azure Boards etc.</li><li>Should be able to work in distributed Agile team development environment.</li></ul><div><b>

Advanced degrees (MBA, MS in Computer Science, or related fields) preferred.</li></ul><div>
