About the Internship
Join our Data &amp; Analytics Consulting team for 10 weeks of hands-on learning, professional development, and client exposure. You&rsquo;ll gain real-world experience in how data shapes business decisions&mdash;building a foundation in analytics tools, business intelligence, and consulting practices.
We&rsquo;re looking for curious, motivated students with a passion for data, problem-solving, and learning how analytics can drive smarter decisions. If that&rsquo;s you, this program will give you a front-row seat to a consulting career.
What You&rsquo;ll Do
<ul><li>Participate in business requirements sessions with executives and project teams.</li>
<li>Assist with key phases of the project life cycle&mdash;from requirements through delivery.</li>
<li>Learn how consultants tackle real-world business challenges and design data-driven solutions.</li>
<li>Gain exposure to leading data technologies used for planning, reporting, and analytics.</li>
<li>Contribute to internal initiatives, with the chance to see your work applied to active projects.</li>
<li>Create and present a capstone presentation to firm leadership at the end of your internship.</li>
</ul>
What We&rsquo;re Looking For
<ul><li>Projected Fall 2026 or 2027 graduate with a Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Statistics, Data Science, MIS, Computer Science, or Information Technology related field.</li>
<li>Strong interest in data, analytics, and consulting.</li>
<li>Solid problem-solving skills and ability to analyze data effectively.</li>
<li>Team-oriented mindset with leadership potential and excellent communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to SQL, BI tools, Python, and any experience working with big data and data manipulation tools as well as knowledge or desire to work in cloud platforms.</li>
<li>Self-starter who thrives in dynamic, collaborative environments.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel if needed.</li>
