 As the Senior Product Manager &ndash; Core App Services, you will focus on the admin portal and lead certain platform scalability initiatives. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for defining the product roadmap, collaborating with engineering and design teams, and ensuring seamless integration with the broader ThoughtSpot ecosystem and adoption by customers.

 The core app services track deals with platform level functionalities spanning across several areas: cluster administration, authentication, authorization, entity management (data / metadata / users etc), infra for AI apps, and scalability initiatives - to name a few. This role will be based out of Bangalore and the person coming into the role will form the product vision and lead the product areas for the admin portal and certain scalability initiatives. In this particular role, you will work closely with the engineering and design teams to create a seamless administration experience of the platform and also work with the tech teams to build out the roadmap for platform scalability.

  What You'll Do

   Define and execute the product roadmap for the admin portal, focusing on the admin persona.
  </li>
  <li>
   Engage with administrators, data engineers, analysts, and technical users across our customer base to understand their challenges and build a best-in-class administration experience.
  </li>
  <li>
   Partner with engineering and UX teams to design and deliver delightful, scalable and high-performance solutions.
  </li>
  <li>
   Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, marketing, and customer success to support go-to-market strategies and ensure adoption
  </li>
  <li>
   Stay ahead of industry trends in administration, scalability, analytics, and AI-driven BI to ensure ThoughtSpot remains a leader in the space.
  </li>
  <li>
   Define and track key metrics to measure success and improve adoption.

  What You'll Bring

  <li>
   3-5 years of Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, with a proven track record of shipping data-centric products.
  </li>
  <li>
   Deep expertise in building and scaling platform products.
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working with data analysts, data engineers, and technical users, translating their needs into intuitive product experiences.
  </li>
  <li>
   Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  </li>
  <li>
   Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business Administration or a related field.

Senior Product Manager

infrastructure is paramount. We&rsquo;re seeking a Director of SRE to lead our SRE team, responsible for<br>
ensuring the availability, scalability, and operational excellence of our analytics platform across<br>
multi-cloud environments and Software customers.<br>

What You'll Do:<br>
<ul><li> Lead and mentor a team of 25+ member platform SR organization in the Americas, fostering</li></ul>
a culture of automation, observability, and operational excellence.<br>
<ul><li> Define and execute the strategic vision and technical roadmap for SRE, driving reliability,</li></ul>
scalability, and efficiency in ThoughtSpot&rsquo;s cloud-native analytics platform.<br>
<ul><li> Collaborate with engineering and product teams to build self-healing, highly available</li></ul>
distributed systems with a focus on cloud scalability (AWS, GCP, Azure).<br>
<ul><li> Drive automation-first SRE practices, leveraging Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform,</li></ul>
Kubernetes) and proactive monitoring to reduce toil.<br>
<ul><li> Ensure ThoughtSpot&rsquo;s analytics platform maintains high availability and low-latency</li></ul>
performance while handling complex AI/ML-driven workloads.<br>
<ul><li> Stay ahead of emerging technologies in cloud computing, big data, and AI-driven analytics,</li></ul>
integrating best practices into ThoughtSpot&rsquo;s infrastructure.<br>
<br>
What You Bring:<br>
<ul><li> BS/MS in Computer Science or related field.</li><li> 10+ years of engineering leadership in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure, managing teams</li></ul>
of 20+ engineers.<br>
<ul><li> 5+ years of experience in large-scale distributed systems.</li><li> 4+ years of experience in automation &amp; observability, building tooling to reduce operational</li></ul>
complexity in managing cloud-scale services.<br>
<ul><li> Deep expertise in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, Azure), Kubernetes, and</li></ul>
Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Ansible).<br>
<ul><li> Proven ability to hire, mentor, and develop top-tier SRE talent in a high-growth environment.</li></ul><br>
