Job SummaryWe are looking for a proactive and organized Social Media &amp; E-commerce Executive to manage our online customer interactions and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will handle customer enquiries from social media and online stores, manage product listings, coordinate orders, and ensure a smooth online shopping experience.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Respond to customer messages and enquiries on social media and e-commerce platforms promptly and professionally</li><li>Manage online product listings &mdash; add new products, update prices, and maintain stock details</li><li>Process and track online orders, returns, and replacements</li><li>Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and product teams to ensure timely delivery and accurate order processing</li><li>Share enquiry and order reports regularly with management</li><li>Handle basic content posting or product updates on social media pages</li><li>Monitor online reviews, feedback, and respond appropriately</li><li>Maintain a positive and helpful brand image across all digital channels</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or diploma in any field</li><li>1&ndash;3 years of experience in e-commerce operations, customer support, or social media management</li><li>Good written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)</li><li>Basic understanding of social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Instagram, etc.)</li><li>Strong coordination and multitasking abilities</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;15,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
