Job Summary:The Staff Nurse is responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in accordance with hospital standards, doctors&rsquo; directions, and nursing protocols. Ensures patient comfort, safety, and recovery through continuous assessment and monitoring.Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Care:<ul><li>Provide nursing care to assigned patients as per physician&rsquo;s orders.</li><li>Monitor vital signs (BP, pulse, temperature, respiration) regularly.</li><li>Administer medications and injections as prescribed.</li><li>Assist doctors during rounds, procedures, and emergency care.</li><li>Maintain hygiene and comfort of patients.</li></ul>2. Documentation &amp; Reporting:<ul><li>Record all nursing observations, treatments, and patient progress accurately.</li><li>Maintain patients&rsquo; files, reports, and consent forms.</li><li>Report any changes in patient condition to the physician or supervisor immediately.</li></ul>3. Ward / Unit Management:<ul><li>Maintain cleanliness and infection control in the ward.</li><li>Ensure availability of medicines, medical supplies, and equipment.</li><li>Check and maintain crash cart and emergency equipment readiness.</li></ul>4. Communication &amp; Coordination:<ul><li>Communicate effectively with patients, relatives, and healthcare team.</li><li>Educate patients and attendants about post-treatment care and hygiene.</li></ul>5. Emergency Duties:<ul><li>Respond promptly to medical emergencies and code calls.</li><li>Provide first aid and resuscitation as needed.</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: Up to &#8377;9,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
