The ideal candidate is hands-on, organized, and capable of managing the fleet independently &mdash; ensuring maximum efficiency, minimum downtime, and smooth transport operations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee fleet maintenance, repair, and inspection schedules.</li><li>Manage vehicle dispatching, driver coordination, and daily transport operations.</li><li>Supervise workshop teams and ensure preventive maintenance is followed.</li><li>Track and analyze fleet performance, fuel usage, and operating costs.</li><li>Maintain accurate records for all equipment and vehicles.</li><li>Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.</li><li>Handle procurement of spare parts, stock control, and supplier coordination.</li><li>Lead, train, and evaluate staff to achieve high performance and safety awareness.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>5&ndash;8 years of UAE experience in PMV, fleet, or transportation management.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of heavy vehicles, machinery, and maintenance planning.</li><li>Excellent leadership, organization, and communication skills.</li><li>Proficient in Microsoft Office and fleet management systems.</li><li>Ability to work independently and make quick operational decisions.</li></ul>Benefits:<ul><li>Competitive salary (based on experience).</li><li>Career growth opportunities in a stable and expanding company.</li></ul>To Apply: Send your CV to Mohamed@primelinktr.ae Or WhatsApp +971 522537813Job Type: Full-timePay: AED2,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
