Lead the full end-to-end production process as our Production Manager in luxury cabinetry and millwork. You will oversee stages &mdash; from design and engineering through machining, production finishing, assembly, and distribution &mdash; delivering exceptional quality and on-time results.With 10+ years of experience in high-end cabinetry or architectural millwork, you will drive operational excellence, optimize workflows, and inspire a skilled team in a fast-paced custom environment.Responsibilities<ul><li>Manage and coordinate the manufacturing flow: design handoff, catching materials, CNC/edgebanding, finishing, assembly, and distribution.</li><li>Develop production schedules, resolve bottlenecks, and ensure projects meet quality and deadline targets.</li><li>Lead and mentor the production team.</li><li>Maintain safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement across all operations.</li><li>Collaborate with design, sales, and installation teams for seamless project delivery.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>15 years in luxury cabinetry/millwork with 5+ years in production leadership.</li><li>Strong technical knowledge of design/engineering, machining, finishing, and custom workflows.</li><li>Experience with manufacturing software, excel and proven ability to manage multiple custom projects.</li><li>Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Valid drivers license &amp; transportation</li><li>Verifiable experience</li><li>Ability to work 40-60 hrs per week</li><li>Goal oriented/bonus driven</li></ul>If you&rsquo;re a hands-on, results-driven leader passionate about high-end cabinetry, apply now and help take our shop to the next level.Pay: $78,000.00 - $90,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Relocation assistance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
