Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Inventory Management:</li><li>Monitor and maintain stock levels of automotive parts and accessories.</li><li>Perform regular stock audits and inventory checks to ensure accuracy.</li><li>Ensure that inventory is well-organized and accessible.</li><li>Work closely with the procurement team to order new stock based on inventory levels and demand.</li><li>Customer Assistance:</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their product inquiries.</li><li>Offer advice on automotive parts, tools, and accessories.</li><li>Help customers locate and select products, ensuring satisfaction.</li><li>Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges accurately.</li><li>Order Management:</li><li>Process incoming and outgoing orders, ensuring products are delivered in a timely manner.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of customer orders and stock levels.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation for deliveries and receipt of goods.</li><li>Product Display and Store Maintenance:</li><li>Keep the store neat, clean, and visually appealing.</li><li>Ensure that automotive products are displayed effectively for customer ease of access.</li><li>Regularly review and update the display of products to highlight promotions or new arrivals.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Safety:</li><li>Ensure adherence to company policies, safety standards, and inventory procedures.</li><li>Maintain proper storage of automotive products, ensuring that items are safe and stored in optimal conditions.</li><li>Follow safety guidelines for handling tools and automotive parts.</li><li>Reporting and Documentation:</li><li>Assist in preparing reports on inventory, sales, and product performance.</li><li>Keep accurate records of stock movements, orders, and customer interactions.</li><li>Support management in identifying trends and areas of improvement.</li></ul>Experience- 5 to 10 yearsQualification- Any Bachelor Degree(Mechanical Background Preferred)Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;20,000.00 - &#8377;25,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Health insurance</li><li>Internet reimbursement</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Work Location: In person
