Job Purpose
The Inventory Coordinator is primarily responsible for researching, creating and maintaining accurate system records for all warehouse transactions and functions, including but not limited to QA, item transfers, physical inventories, inventory variances, adjustments, AGI and CERES.
The Inventory Coordinator also establishes and maintains a close working relationship with Three Square operations teams, and all other departments and management to ensure efficient operations and positive communication between the departments.
Essential Job Functions<ul><li>
Performs data entry using CERES, AGI, Microsoft programs and other computer system programs.</li><li>
Responsible for physical inventory counts of Warehouse /Freezer/Cooler.</li><li>
Assist with accurate identification, printing and labeling of incoming inventory.</li><li>
Performs assigned tasks and meet established deadlines.</li><li>
Coordinate with warehouse staff regarding agency, inventory, invoicing and researching inventory concerns.</li><li>
Facilitate the repack and transfer of product between commercial vendors and warehouses.</li><li>
Maintain the Agency shopping list&rsquo;s integrity.</li><li>
Participate in product reconciliation of book to physical, and analysis of variances.</li><li>
Perform root cause analysis to remediate recurrent operational issues</li><li>
Daily cycle counts.</li><li>
Participate in product reconciliation of book to physical, and analysis of variances.</li><li>
QA all of the outgoing orders daily.</li><li>
Locate and define new process improvement opportunities.</li><li>
Train staff to use operations-related systems.</li><li>
Manage confidential information.</li><li>
Regular and consistent attendance.</li><li>
Perform other duties as assigned.</li></ul>
Work Environment
Work is typically performed in a warehouse office environment while sitting at a computer screen for extended periods. Periodic work in performed in the warehouse, subject to varying temperatures (dock area, main warehouse, freezer, cooler). Requires standing, repetitive movement, bending or twisting, using hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls. Requires walking and running, contact with others (face-to-face, by telephone or otherwise), face-to-face discussions with individuals or teams. Requires exposure to sounds and noise levels that are distracting or uncomfortable, repeating the same physical activities or mental activities over and over. Job tasks are performed in close proximity to other people.
Requirements:

Qualifications<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED</li><li>
3 or more years of experience in inventory or asset tracking. Proven experience working in warehouse and logistics operations. Additional education may be substituted for experience.</li><li>
Ability to operate stand-up or sit-down forklift, and electric equipment including manual pallet jack.</li><li>
Ability to lift, move and carry objects from 50-70 pounds</li><li>
Ability to push/pull up to 1200 pounds of merchandise</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail, handle interruptions, maintains focus on tasks and produce accurate work.</li><li>
Experience in food bank environment strongly preferred but not required.</li></ul>
Must be able to pass criminal background check and drug and alcohol screening.
