We are seeking an Professional with strong language and interpersonal skills.Must know Word and Excel.Job Type: Full-timeResponsibilities:<ul><li>Document Management:</li><li>SOURCE MATERIALS ACCORDING TO REQUIREMENT</li><li>PICK AND DROP EMPLOYEES</li><li>URGENT SITE DELIVERIES OF MATERIALS</li><li>Ensure all documents are properly indexed, stored, and retrieved, both in digital and hard copy formats, and are easily accessible to authorized personnel.</li><li>Maintain version control on all project documents to ensure that the most current revisions are always in use.</li><li>Take quotations from different vendors to compare prices and evaluate what's best for the team.</li><li>Coordinate and prepare timesheets for the company and with subcontractors.</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Other Requirements:</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Strong communication skills to liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, and clients.</li><li>Familiarity with UAE building codes, regulations, and construction industry standards.</li><li>Valid UAE driving license</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED 3,000.00 - AED 4,000.00 per monthJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per monthEducation:<ul><li>High school or equivalent (Preferred)</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Admin: 2 years (Required)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (fluent), Hindi (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
