Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Greet guests warmly and professionally upon arrival.</li><li>Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about dishes and beverages.</li><li>Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them promptly to kitchen and bar staff.</li><li>Serve food and drinks in a timely and courteous manner, ensuring presentation standards are met.</li><li>Check in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or special requests.</li><li>Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, dining areas, and service stations.</li><li>Handle billing and payments efficiently and accurately.</li><li>Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper hygiene standards.</li><li>Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales.</li><li>Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth restaurant operations.</li><li>Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of experience in fine dining or high-end restaurant service.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Knowledge of fine dining service standards and etiquette.</li><li>Ability to work efficiently under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude.</li><li>Ability to handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly.</li><li>Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.</li><li>Basic knowledge of food and beverage pairing is a plus.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-time
