Roles &amp; Responsibilities:<ul><li>Handle end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and onboarding).</li><li>Understand job requirements and create effective job descriptions.</li><li>Source candidates through job portals, social media, networking, and employee referrals.</li><li>Conduct initial HR screening interviews to assess candidate suitability.</li><li>Coordinate with hiring managers for interviews and feedback.</li><li>Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports.</li><li>Negotiate salary, ensure smooth offer rollout, and follow up till joining.</li><li>Manage bulk hiring as well as niche requirements based on company needs.</li><li>Stay updated on industry hiring trends and recruitment best practices.</li></ul>Key Skills Required:<ul><li>Strong knowledge of sourcing through multiple channels (job portals, LinkedIn, etc.).</li><li>Good communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to manage multiple requirements within deadlines.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools.</li><li>Knowledge of HR policies and basic labor laws (added advantage).</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile:<ul><li>Graduate / MBA in HR.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of proven experience in recruitment</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: &#8377;13,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthBenefits:<ul><li>Cell phone reimbursement</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Provident Fund</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Recruiting: 2 years (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 2 years (Preferred)</li></ul>
