Position Overview 
Provide technical hardware, software, and connectivity problem resolution to all client computers and users by diagnosing and walking users through step-by-step solutions; clearly communicate technical solutions in a user-friendly, professional manner; provide one-on-one end-user training as needed; assist engineers and technicians; troubleshoot printer problems; work with next level support to resolve complex issues; conduct hardware and software maintenance and reporting as needed; and perform related work as required. Travel required to our clients in the local area.
 
 
The Tier 1 Field Services Engineer will serve clients by going on-site to their locations, serving as deskside support and on-site support to all client issues, responding to service tickets of the client&rsquo;s request or problem; resolves all first level end-user problems; escalates all Tier 2 problems to the next level of support for guidance and direction; contacts third-party vendors for warranty service repair and dispatch; and dispatches appropriate resources for problems that cannot be resolved remotely.
 
 
Functional Level
 
 
The Tier 1 Field Services Engineer will be able to complete all tasks necessary to unbox, assemble, and bare metal configure 10 corporate workstations in a standard 8 hour business day. Final build would include all line of business applications, domain join, VPN configuration, peripheral setup and verification, user profile configuration, and any documented specialty tasks provided by the client.
 
 
Responsibilities<ul><li>
Primary responsibilities are descriptive and not restrictive in nature</li><li>
Identifies, diagnoses, and resolves first level problems for end-users of the workstations, laptops, terminal services and Citrix sessions, end-user software and hardware, network and VPN connectivity, the Internet, server services, server drive space, validation of server error messages for escalation, and new computer technology in a call center environment; communicates solutions to end-users effectively</li><li>
Provides one-on-one end-user problem resolution for client (PC) software and connectivity</li><li>
Sets up, and assists in the configuration of end-user PC desktop hardware, software and peripherals, both onsite and remotely</li><li>
Diagnoses and resolves end-user network or local printer problems, PC hardware problems and basic server, e-mail, Internet, VPN, and local-area network access problems</li><li>
Coordinates timely repair of PC computer equipment covered by third-party vendor maintenance agreements</li><li>
Performs minor desktop hardware repair for PC computer equipment and peripherals that are not covered by third party vendor maintenance agreements as needed</li><li>
Acts as remote hands for engineering staff onsite as needed</li><li>
Assists Network Technicians in creating materials for end-user frequently asked questions (FAQs) and procedural knowledgebase articles</li><li>

Qualifications<ul><li>
3+ years providing end-user support for current PC desktop and application software
</li><li>3+ years installing, upgrading, troubleshooting and repairing personal computers in a corporate networked environment</li><li>

Position Overview: 
This role provides first-contact remote technical support for network, server, and end-user systems. As the first point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for accurately creating and updating support tickets and coordinating communication with engineers when assistance is available. 
Team members interact regularly with end-users across diverse computing environments and must clearly communicate technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. 2&ndash;3 years of IT support experience in a help desk or service desk environment; MSP experience preferred.</li><li>
Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow), remote support tools (e.g., Kaseya, Ninja), and RMM platforms.</li><li>
Proficiency supporting Windows 10/11, macOS fundamentals, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive), and common line-of-business applications, including Office and Outlook configuration.</li><li>
Working knowledge of Active Directory/Entra, mobile device configuration and troubleshooting, workstation hardware, printers, and peripherals.</li><li>
Basic networking knowledge, including TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP.</li><li>
Strong customer service focus with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to non-technical users.</li><li>

Systems Engineer

SUMMARY
The Residential Billing Liaison is the primary support to the residential and billing departments for THRIVE in coordinating with insurance companies and other forms of client payments. This role serves as the liaison between the residential programs, billing department, and insurance agencies to help ensure that THRIVE receives funding and payment for services.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Responsible for collecting and verifying all insurance for each potential OASAS residential admission during the pre-admission process and as needed moving forward. Ensure insurance related information is input into the EHR accurately.</li><li>
Monitor/maintain insurance authorizations/concurrent review request for all residential programs. Provide support to the residential programs in the completion of these authorizations and reviews. Communicate with OMH programs regarding upcoming reauthorizations for clients.</li><li>
Disenroll clients from Managed Care (as appropriate per location) and coordinate with clients&rsquo; home counties (as needed) to notify of admissions and discharges related to insurance requirements.</li><li>
Coordinate with Residential Case Managers to ensure active and up to date DSS/SNAP applications.</li><li>
Coordinate with assigned staff at each program to collect relevant information to provide to insurance companies for all admissions, concurrent, reviews, and discharges. Coordinate with staff and the billing department to obtain appropriate information to appeal insurance denials.</li><li>
Maintain timely and thorough records of insurance contacts and documents received from insurance providers as well as maintain records or data of clients&rsquo; insurance and reviews to be available to supervisor or site manager upon request.</li><li>
Follow and report status of delinquent accounts to supervisor and print bills/invoices for clients on a monthly basis. Enforce consistent billing and collection policy. Communicate with supervisor if client obtains large balance and maintain list for supervisor as needed for clients that have a balance.</li><li>
Maintain strictest confidentiality: adhere to all agency policies regarding confidentiality.</li><li>
Participate in supervision at least monthly; utilize supervision to identify and report issues; and recommendations for improvement.</li><li>
May assist with other administrative duties as assigned, such as answering phones and providing front desk coverage in building lobbies.</li><li>
Performs other duties as assigned or that may develop.</li><li>
