<ul>
<li>Maintains grounds and and common areas to ensure a professional appearance of the property.</li>
<li>Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.</li>
<li>Clean and stock restrooms.</li>
<li>Notify managers and maintenance team of necessary repairs, hazards, or low inventory items.</li>
<li>Collect and dispose of trash.</li>
<li>May be asked to inspect and help to prepare units after move-out and before move-in.</li>
<li>Strives to exceed residents&rsquo; expectations for excellent customer service.</li>
<li>Contributes to a positive team culture and happy resident base.</li>
<li>Performs all additional duties assigned by Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager, and assists maintenance team, as needed</li>

Desired Qualifications:

<li>Prior housekeeper, porter, custodial, or groundskeeper experience preferred, but not required</li>
<li>Prior experience in a customer service or customer facing role</li>
<li>May require Driver's License and insurance (ex: operating golf cart on premise while handling grounds work and equipment)</li>

Physical Requirements

<li>Ability to be physically present onsite at the property during normal business hours to greet guests, handle property operations, provide tours, etc.</li>
<li>Ability to lift/move/push/pull up to 150 lbs. on occasion with a frequent need to lift/push/pull 25 lbs. - 75lbs.</li>
<li>Works both indoors (majority of the time) and outdoors in all weather conditions.</li>

<li>Physically inspects property when on grounds, picks up litter, and reports any service needs to maintenance staff.</li>

<ul><li>Ensures appropriate content and frequency of ads on Craigslist, Weblisters, and other listing services.</li>
<li>Maintains awareness of local market conditions and trends, and contributes ideas for marketing the community and improving resident satisfaction.</li>
</ul></li><li>Administrative
<ul><li>Answers and responds to phone calls and email communications in a timely manner.</li>
<li>Updates required reports concerning move-out notices, activity, etc. on a daily basis.</li>
<li>Organizes and files all applicable reports, leases, and paperwork.</li>
<li>Proofreads all lease paperwork and processes move-ins and move-outs.</li>
<li>Processes all security deposit move-out reports.</li>
<li>Accepts service requests from residents and routes to maintenance for prompt processing. May conduct service follow-up with resident when work is completed.</li>

<ul><li>Performs any additional duties assigned by the Leasing Manager, Assistant Manager, Community Manager or Regional Manager</li>
</ul></li></ul>Desired Qualifications:
<ul><li>1+ year working in customer service</li>
<li>1+ year prior sales or leasing experience</li>
<li>Basic computer skills with the ability to learn/navigate software systems</li>
<li>Prior experience in property management or similar industry is a plus</li>
<li>NALP Certification, or other NAAEI credential, is a plus</li>
<li>Yardi/CRM and OnSite experience is a plus</li>

</ul>Physical Requirements
<ul><li>100% in-person position. Must be available to be physically present at sites being supported.</li>
<li>Stand, walk or sit alternatively depending on the specific needs of the day.</li>
<li>Ability to physically walk sites/units, which may include climbing stairs and navigating uneven surfaces or construction zones.</li>
<li>Ability to be physically present onsite at the property during normal business hours to greet guests, handle property operations, provide tours, etc.</li>
<li>Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.</li>
<li>Occasional need to perform the following physical activities:

<li>Climb stairs</li>
