 Job Summary: This Talent Acquisition role involves strategically sourcing, attracting, interviewing, and hiring candidates to meet Thrive Freeze Dry&rsquo;s long-term goals, managing the entire hiring lifecycle and ensuring new hires fit the company culture and strategic needs.
 
 
 
 Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities Include

 <li>
 Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, prioritize positions, and align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
 </li>
 <li>
 Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles.
 </li>
 <li>
 Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with HR and other departments to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers, internal teams, applicants, and past employees.
 </li>
 <li>
 Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other HR software.
 </li>
 <li>
 Comfortable negotiating job offers, developing compensation structures, and managing the offer acceptance process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Commitment to promoting diversity and inclusion in recruitment practices.
 </li>
 <li>
 Effective problem-solving skills to address challenges and obstacles in the recruitment process.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to work varied shifts occasionally due to business needs.
 </li>
 <li>

 </ul>
 Minimum Requirements: ( include education, experience, special skills, licenses and/or certifications required .)
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 High school diploma or equivalent required.
 </li>
 <li>
 2-3years of experience in recruiting or in an HR supporting role.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bi-Lingual, Spanish/English
 </li>
 <li>
 Understanding of employment laws, compliance, and regulations .
 </li>
 <li>
 This role requires exceptional interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth operations and a positive experience for both employees and external parties.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), applicant tracking systems, and professional networking sites.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
 </li>
 <li>
 Positive attitude, adaptability, and the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment .
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Preferred Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Professional HR certification (PHR, SPHR, or equivalent)
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with recruitment in a manufacturing environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience in a fast-paced environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Knowledge of behavioral interviewing techniques
 </li>
 <li>
 Experience with ADP Workforce Now Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technology
 
 
 </li>
 </ul>
