Join a Growing Insurance OrganizationThrive Retirement Group is expanding and seeking a motivated, organized, and proactive Part-Time Insurance Recruiter to help us grow our team of insurance professionals.This is an on site role which is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing recruiting systems, and supporting a fast-growing organization. As our company grows, responsibilities and hours may increase based on business needs.Primary ResponsibilitiesRecruiting &amp; Talent Acquisition<ul><li>Actively recruit new insurance agents</li><li>Conduct phone outreach and follow-ups with candidates</li><li>Set appointments and send calendar invites</li><li>Send follow-up emails and SMS communications</li><li>Manage and track recruiting pipeline activity</li><li>Generate recruiting reports (calls made, interviews scheduled, hires, show ratios)</li></ul>Email &amp; SMS Campaign Management<ul><li>Build and manage email/SMS drip campaigns for recruits</li><li>Utilize platforms such as MailChimp</li><li>Monitor engagement and follow-up accordingly</li></ul>Community &amp; Marketing Outreach<ul><li>Research, coordinate, and attend job fairs</li><li>Participate in community marketing initiatives</li><li>Assist with social media marketing focused on recruiting new agents</li><li>Support recruiting mail services and outreach efforts</li></ul>Administrative &amp; Office Support<ul><li>Assist with answering incoming business calls</li><li>Search for leads or clients within the company CRM</li><li>Leave detailed notes and route messages to servicing agents</li><li>Maintain accurate records and communication log</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>Experience in recruiting, staffing, or sales preferred</li><li>Strong phone communication and follow-up skills</li><li>Comfortable using CRM systems and email marketing tools (MailChimp experience a plus)</li><li>Highly organized and detail-oriented</li><li>Ability to manage multiple tasks independently</li><li>Professional, dependable, and adaptable in a growing environment</li><li>Insurance industry experience is a plus, but not required</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>15&ndash;25 hours per week with flexible scheduling</li><li>Opportunity for increased hours as business grows</li><li>Professional growth within an expanding insurance organization</li><li>Performance-based growth opportunities</li><li>Supportive, team-oriented environment</li></ul>If you are organized, people-oriented, and excited about helping build a high-performing insurance team, we&rsquo;d love to hear from you.It's time to ThriveJob Type: Part-timePay: From $15.00 per hourExpected hours: 15 &ndash; 25 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Flexible schedule</li></ul>Work Location: In person
