About the Role 
The Talent Management Manager plays a key role in designing, implementing, and managing programs that engage, develop, and retain our team members. This role supports Thrive&rsquo;s mission by driving initiatives in performance management, leadership development, and employee engagement. 
Reporting to the Senior Director of Talent and Learning, this person will manage the day-to-day operations of our talent programs&mdash;bringing structure, creativity, and collaboration to everything they do. The ideal candidate is a hands-on program manager who enjoys turning strategy into action and measuring impact through data and feedback. 
 
What You&rsquo;ll Do 
Program Leadership &amp; Strategy 
<ul><li>
Lead and manage core talent programs including performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.</li><li>
Track, analyze, and report on key metrics to assess program effectiveness and inform continuous improvement.</li><li>
Partner with HR and business leaders to align talent strategies with organizational goals and priorities.</li><li>
Support leadership development and succession planning efforts to build a strong internal pipeline.</li></ul> 

Collaboration &amp; Communication 
<ul><li>
Coach and support leaders and HR partners in applying talent practices that strengthen team and organizational performance.</li><li>
Build strong relationships across departments to ensure alignment and shared ownership of talent initiatives.</li><li>
Communicate program goals, progress, and outcomes in clear, engaging ways that inspire participation.</li><li>
Help foster a culture of inclusion, engagement, and growth across the organization.</li></ul> 

Program Execution &amp; Improvement 
<ul><li>
Develop and maintain tools, materials, and resources to support program adoption and scalability.</li><li>
Coordinate leadership development and learning initiatives that build capabilities across Thrive&rsquo;s network.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and effective program delivery.</li><li>
Gather stakeholder feedback and drive continuous improvement to enhance program quality and impact.</li></ul> 

What We&rsquo;re Looking For 
<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.</li><li>
5&ndash;7 years of experience in HR or talent management, with proven success managing programs from concept to completion.</li><li>
Strong project and program management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities with efficiency and attention to detail.</li><li>
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.</li><li>
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment.</li><li>
Experience with HR or talent systems (such as Workday) and a data-driven approach to decision-making.</li></ul>
