DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<ul><li>
Partner with field sales leadership to develop and deploy comprehensive strategies through Practice Growth Directors and field leaders that enhance productivity, expand capacity, and drive positive sales outcomes for financial advisors and teams.</li><li>
Provide unified guidance in collaboration with field sales leaders, working directly with financial advisors and teams as needed to implement advanced or complex growth strategies and achieve business objectives, conducting one-on-one and group sessions to assess strengths and deliver tailored guidance.</li><li>
Develop in partnership with the Practice Growth Directors customized plans to enhance leadership capabilities and professional growth for financial advisors and teams.</li><li>
Partner to create and provide resources to field leadership in all aspects of team formation and development, including team dynamics, role identification, accountability, and conflict resolution. Address operational essentials like business continuity, human capital needs, technology systems integration and tools, financial management, and communication. Focus on strategic planning areas such as marketing and financial advisory business practices.</li><li>
Serve as a subject matter expert in all elements of teaming for the enterprise.</li><li>
In partnership across the matrix, develop engaging training programs and workshops that focus on leadership, team management, client relationship building, and financial advisory best practices, ensuring participants understand the critical importance of these skills for their professional growth and organizational success.</li><li>
Develop and implement feedback mechanisms and performance metrics to assess the effectiveness and utilization of training programs and workshops. Utilize data-driven insights for continuous improvements and iterations, and regularly report on progress.</li></ul>
This role will establish strong, collaborative relationships with the Revenue Practice and Productivity team to achieve shared goals. This position will collaborate with Revenue Growth and Practice Directors, as well as Group Vice Presidents, and Thrivent Advisor Groups (TAGs) to identify and support the advancement of revenue-sharing teams poised for significant growth through coaching, development and facilitation of key programs and workshops. The Teaming Consultant will regularly communicate with, influence, and inspire veteran advisors, teams, and their staffs.
QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS:
 Required:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a closely related field, or equivalent professional experience.</li><li>
Proven experience in guiding financial advisors through teaming initiatives, or in creating and implementing programs focused on collaborative practice-building, with a minimum of 5 years in a similar role.</li><li>
Practice management experience with advanced teaming structures, including expertise in client service models, team building, and model office practices.</li><li>
Experience in content creation and facilitation, skilled in presenting to drive understanding and success in large or small group settings.</li><li>

Job Summary 
 
Responsible for planning, organizing, conducting, and reporting the results of individual internal audit projects, as part of the Company&rsquo;s internal audit program. Job Responsibilities and Duties
<ul><li>Conduct moderate to complex audit and consulting activities in accordance with the established internal audit program to ascertain whether company policies and procedures, and other risk management activities are designed and operating effectively to manage business risks within established tolerances.</li><li>
Perform planning activities to develop the project scope and appropriate test procedures for audits. This includes, among other things, conducting the opening meeting with management, obtaining and analyzing information to ascertain risks, documenting processes and controls and monitoring the appropriateness of the original audit plan and amending the plan as necessary.</li><li>
Establish reasonable project time budgets, monitoring the progress of the project, completing the project on time and reporting results to BRM management.</li><li>
Ensure work is performed competently and in accordance with BRM and internal audit professional standards. Interpret testing results against defined criteria to formulate cost effective recommendations. Prepare workpapers to document relevant facts and information that support the work performed and conclusions drawn so other reviewers can follow the auditor&rsquo;s logic and methodology.</li><li>
Evaluate and document issues and audit reports in accordance with BRM standards and communicate audit results to audit stakeholders.</li><li>
Assist on a variety of internal departmental projects, as assigned, and participate in professional development activities.</li><li>

Senior Auditor

<div>This role will act as a change champion as we transform the way we work at Thrivent, driving adoption to our Product Operating Model.
