<div>As a Salesforce Associate Engineer, you will contribute to a broad scope of IT solutions. This will include contributing code and fixes to existing software projects as well as providing break-fix and troubleshooting support to a specific IT product group. The scope of this work can include both functional and non-functional aspects of the IT product. 
DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:
Designing Solutions<ul><li>
Apply Salesforce technical knowledge to work with other engineers to deliver outcomes</li><li>
Participate in low level design for the product area / with in the team.</li><li>
Ability to work and problem solve collaboratively on initiatives that align to the broader software engineering strategy</li></ul>
Implementing Solutions<ul><li>
Use independent, critical thinking to solve complex Salesforce requests which are significant to the customer</li><li>
Member of team that can work collaboratively with team, developing core technology solutions for the product that delivers outcomes</li></ul>
Learning and Applying New Techniques<ul><li>
Seek out opportunities to learn new Salesforce technologies that improve the product and its lifecycle</li><li>
Self-starter mentality with ability to learn new features and keeping up-to-date with the Salesforce ecosystem releases</li></ul>
Collaborating within Team<ul><li>
Participate in team&rsquo;s collaboration sessions to provide technical expertise to solve a problem/remove technical roadblocks for the team</li></ul>

</li></ul>QUALIFICATIONS &amp; SKILLS:
 Required:<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical field or equivalent work experience</li><li>
2+ years of Salesforce apex experience (triggers, REST API, classes, async tooling)</li><li>
Knowledge of version and revision control practices and procedures</li><li>
Knowledge of systems and software design concepts, object-oriented programming</li><li>
Knowledge/experience with querying databases for data lookup/update (SOQL, SOSL, SQL)</li></ul>
 Preferred:
<ul><li>Financial Services industry experience</li><li>
Salesforce platform developer 1 and/or admin certifications</li></ul>

The applicable salary or hourly wage range for this full-time role is $63,886.00 - $86,434.00 per year, which factors in various geographic regions. The base pay actually offered will be determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to, location, relevant experience, skills, and knowledge, business needs, market demand, and other factors Thrivent deems important.

Salesforce Associate Engineer - Marketing Technology

<div>The Senior Benefits Specialist is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and administration of employee benefits programs. This role ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, and provides expert guidance to both employees and management regarding health &amp; welfare, retirement, leaves and other benefit offerings. The Senior Benefits Specialist collaborates closely with HR, payroll, and external vendors to optimize benefits processes and resolve employee inquiries. 
 
DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<div><div><ul><li>
Develop, administer, and evaluate employee benefits programs, including health, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement plans and leaves of absence.</li><li>
Ensure all benefits programs comply with applicable federal, state and/or local laws and regulations, including ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and ACA.</li><li>
Serve as the primary contact for benefits-related questions, providing guidance and support to employees and management.</li><li>
Support annual open enrollment processes and support the communication of benefits changes or updates.</li><li>
Analyze benefits data and trends to recommend improvements or cost-saving measures.</li><li>
Manage relationships with benefits vendors and carriers.</li><li>
Prepare and maintain documentation, reports, and records related to benefits administration.</li><li>
Manage benefits audits for assigned programs, as required, and ensure accurate payroll deductions related to benefits.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration.</li><li>
Strong knowledge of benefits laws and regulations.</li><li>
Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>
Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software (preferably Workday).</li><li>
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail.</li><li>
Ability to think strategically</li><li>
Demonstrated ability to lead own work and deliver on expected outcomes.</li></ul></div></div><div><div>
