The calls
Building rapport with callers of diverse backgrounds is vital to accurately assess the situation and present potentially complex solutions. It requires quickly navigating multiple systems and at the same time engaging callers with clear, concise, and positive language as you gather relevant information.
We are passionate about the client experience. While Average Handle Time (AHT) is measured, we focus on quality and first-call resolution, while looking to minimize our processing time or after-call work so we can help more clients reach their desired goals.

Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent experience, post-Secondary education is preferred</li><li>
Annuity experience preferred</li><li>
Successfully complete FINRA Series 6 exams within 90 days of hire/transfer for Annuities product</li><li>
Experience navigating complex customer interactions from support through to resolution.</li><li>
Ability to welcome change and contribute to continuous improvement in a fast-paced work environment</li><li>
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus!</li><li>
Ability to work:<ul><li>
Training (beginning September 21, 2026): 8:00 a.m. &ndash; 4:30 p.m. Central, Monday through Friday for training duration</li><li>
After Training: Work a full-time schedule between the hours of 9:30 a.m. &ndash; 6 p.m. (CST), Monday through Friday</li></ul></li><li>
Remote work requirements: private, secure, distraction-free work area which must include reliable power and hard-wired internet connection via ethernet to router/modem.</li><li>

Associate Customer Care Professional-Annuities, Licensed, Remote

<div>Under general supervision, this position provides general technical and operational support and knowledge for functions related to the bank&rsquo;s consumer loan processing and servicing operations functions and home equity servicing operations. This role will ensure loan servicing activities are performed accurately and in compliance with internal policies and procedures within the Consumer Loan Operations team. This position will require working in the Operation Center Office in Appleton, WI as needed. 
DUTIES &amp; RESPONSIBILITIES:<div><div><ul><li>
Create and review consumer loan closing packages to ensure compliance with regulatory and bank lending policy.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Complete loan maintenance items within various systems including but not limited to file maintenance, lien releases, loan payoff quotes, satisfactions, subordinations, and fee adjustments.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Accurately enter new loan data into the bank&rsquo;s core processing system for accurate collateral tracking, repayment method and reporting.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Meet quality and productivity standards and perform in a fast-paced loan production environment.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Responsible for accurate disbursements of loan proceeds, including payoffs, general ledger entries, and check disbursements.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Accountable for responding to verbal and written inquiries from internal and external clients in accordance with department procedures.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Process payoffs, loan payments and returned loan payments.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>
Reviews various scheduled reports, as assigned, for exceptions, errors, auditing, and to perform maintenance transactions.</li></ul></div><div><ul><li>

Pay Transparency
