Our mission is to offer advanced treatments and ensure the well-being of our clients through professional care and support.Overview: We are currently seeking a Nursing Staff member to assist in basic patient care and support scheduled procedures. This role is ideal for candidates with foundational nursing skills who are willing to work in a supportive mental health environment.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Assist in securing IV lines and administering injectables under supervision.</li><li>Monitor patients' vital signs and other essential parameters.</li><li>Support anaesthetist and psychiatrist during scheduled procedures such as ElectroconvulsiveTherapy (ECT) and Ketamine Treatment.</li><li>Aid in patient movement within the centre, from the waiting area to the doctor or therapist&rsquo;sroom.</li><li>Observe and provide basic support during rTMS (Repetitive Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation)procedures.</li><li>Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients by assisting in routine care andobservation.</li></ul>Qualifications and Requirements:<ul><li>Certificate or B.Sc. in Nursing from a recognized institution.</li><li>Minimum 1-2 years&rsquo; experience in a hospital or clinical setting is required.</li><li>Familiarity with IV line insertion and basic medical procedures.</li><li>Willingness to work in a mental health care setting.</li><li>Good communication and patient-handling skills.</li></ul>If you have a basic nursing background and a passion for patient care, we invite you to apply.Note: Please apply only if you are seriously interested.Urgent Hiring: Shortlisted candidates will be contacted for further steps in the selection process.Join us in our mission to provide exceptional mental health services at Thriving Minds.
