Throne is on the lookout for dedicated individuals eager to contribute to meaningful change and improve community infrastructure.Role DescriptionThrone is seeking a talented and septic pump truck driver who will be responsible for performing a variety of functions that keep our thrones ready and available. This role requires a strong background in operating oversized vehicles and a desirable background in plumbing, electrical work, construction basics, and/or remodeling.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Operate a septic pump truck to service Throne units, ensuring timely and efficient pumping of wastewater and replenishment of fresh water.</li><li>Perform routine maintenance and inspections of the pump truck and pumping equipment to ensure safe and reliable operation.</li><li>Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while performing duties, including proper handling and disposal of waste materials.</li><li>Communicate effectively with the operations team to report any issues, coordinate service schedules, and ensure seamless service delivery.</li><li>Prioritize and assign tasks to yourself, and other field service technicians.</li><li>Collaborate with the engineering and design teams to provide feedback on product improvements and enhancements based on field experience.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of work performed, including documentation of repairs, replacements, and inspections.</li></ul>What You&rsquo;ll BringRequired<ul><li>A minimum of 2 years of experience operating a septic pump truck or similar heavy-duty vehicle.</li><li>Strong knowledge of waste management and water systems, with the ability to perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting.</li><li>Proficiency in operating and maintaining pumping equipment, including knowledge of proper waste disposal procedures.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to report issues clearly and coordinate effectively with the operations team.</li><li>Strong adherence to safety protocols, ensuring the safe handling and disposal of waste materials.</li><li>Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks efficiently.</li><li>Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting and maneuvering heavy equipment.</li><li>Flexibility to work on weekends or outside of regular business hours as needed.</li></ul>Nice to have<ul><li>Commercial Driver's License</li><li>California OSHA-compliant forklift certification</li><li>Experience working with smart technologies or IoT (Internet of Things) devices.</li><li>Prior experience in the portable sanitation industry.</li></ul>Benefits<ul><li>Starting rate of $25/hour</li><li>$30 monthly cell phone stipend</li></ul>We hope you'll join us on this meaningful and impactful journey.
