Whether you&rsquo;re an experienced broker or just starting your career, we offer the training, tools, and platform to help you succeed in Dubai&rsquo;s competitive property market. Your core responsibility will be to assist buyers and investors in purchasing off-plan and secondary properties, providing expert guidance and ensuring a seamless transaction process.</p>
<div><b>Key Responsibilities:</b>
<br>
<ul><li>Attend training on Dubai real estate market, legalities, and sales techniques.
</li><li>Qualify leads from marketing, events, and online platforms.
</li><li>Assist senior agents during property presentations and meetings.
</li><li>Learn to prepare and manage client documentation (Form B, MoU, etc.).
</li><li>Shadow experienced agents to understand the sales process.
</li><li>Support clients with updated property information and developer insights.
</li><li>Maintain a high level of professionalism and follow up with leads.
</li><li>Eventually transition into a fully experienced real estate agent.
</li></ul><b>Requirements:</b>
<br>
<ul><li>No real estate experience required but preferred, (training provided).
</li><li>Passion for sales, real estate, and client service.
</li><li>Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
</li><li>Strong follow up mentality.
</li><li>Self-motivated, coachable, and eager to learn.
</li><li>Team player, flexible, and adaptive.
</li><li>UAE driving license (preferred, not mandatory).

Real Estate Agent Trainee

Your core responsibility will be to assist buyers and investors in purchasing off-plan and secondary properties, providing expert guidance and ensuring a seamless transaction process.</p>
<p></p><div><b>Key Responsibilities:
</b><br>
<ul><li>Source and manage leads from company channels and personal network.
</li><li>Conduct in-person and virtual property presentations, viewings, and negotiations.
</li><li>Advise clients on market trends, investment opportunities, and ROI potential.
</li><li>Handle full sales cycle: from inquiry to Form A/B, MoU, and final closing.
</li><li>Coordinate with developers, conveyancers, and banks to ensure deal closure.
</li><li>Maintain regular contact with clients and build long-term relationships.
</li><li>Stay updated on RERA laws, project launches, and DLD regulations.
</li><li>Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales KPIs by sales directors.
</li></ul><b>Requirements:
</b><br>
<ul><li>Minimum 1 year of real estate sales experience in Dubai (off-plan or secondary).
</li><li>RERA-certified and familiar with Dubai property documentation (Form A, B, F).
</li><li>Strong negotiation, closing, and communication skills.
</li><li>Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
</li><li>Valid UAE driving license and own car (preferred).
</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic, Russian, Chinese, or French is a plus.</li></ul></div>
