We are seeking an energetic and creative Event Day Social Media Coordinator to manage live content during events. This role is responsible for posting in real-time, capturing content, and engaging with attendees to help drive traffic and increase event visibility.This is a fast-paced, on-site role ideal for someone who can create engaging content in the moment and confidently interact with the public.Compensation:<ul><li>$150 flat rate per event (typically 6&ndash;10 hour shift)</li><li>Opportunity for ongoing events based on performance</li></ul>Responsibilities:<ul><li>Post real-time content across social media platforms during events</li><li>Capture photo and video content of vendors, food trucks, and event highlights</li><li>Conduct short interviews with attendees and vendors (behind or on camera)</li><li>Create engaging stories, reels, and posts to boost event turnout</li><li>Work closely with the event team to highlight key moments and promotions</li></ul>Schedule &amp; Travel:This is a part-time, event-based role.<ul><li>Events typically take place 2&ndash;3 Saturdays per month</li><li>Occasional Friday events may be scheduled</li><li>Shifts vary depending on the event (typically 6&ndash;10 hours, daytime or evening)</li><li>Travel required to event locations, primarily in Raleigh and surrounding areas</li></ul>Requirements:<ul><li>Experience creating content for social media (Instagram, TikTok, etc.)</li><li>Comfortable approaching and interacting with attendees and vendors</li><li>Strong communication and creativity</li><li>Ability to work in fast-paced, crowded environments</li><li>Reliable and punctual</li></ul>Preferred:<ul><li>Experience covering live events or brand activations</li><li>Basic video editing skills (Reels/TikTok/Instagram)</li><li>Understanding of social media trends and engagement</li></ul>Ideal Candidate:Someone outgoing, creative, and confident engaging with the public&mdash;able to capture content and conduct interviews while keeping energy high.Pay: $150.00 per dayWork Location: In person
