<div><div><b>Maintenance Manager Overview</b><br>
The Maintenance Manger will manage all installation, repair and upkeep operations of the company&rsquo;s facilities on a timely basis and within budget. Managing a team of Maintenance Mechanics on multiple shifts, our Maintenance Manager needs a solid understanding of metals manufacturing, mechanical presses, hydraulic and electrical systems, PLCs, and PM systems. The position also requires aptitude in administrative tasks such as reporting, budgeting etc.</div><br>

<div></div><div><b>Maintenance Mechanic Essential Functions</b></div>
<div></div><ul><li>Strive towards the seamless running of the facility and the equipment of the company through efficient facility management work</li>
<li>Work as a repair manager, and implement periodic investigations and inspections into each and every piece of physical equipment of the company</li>
<li>Adhere to safety standards and legal regulations while executing maintenance management tasks and programs</li>
<li>Train, guide and evaluate staff members as a director of maintenance</li>
<li>Negotiate contracts with outside vendors for execution of maintenance work</li>
<li>Ensure operational efficiency of electrical equipment and mechanical systems through timely inspection and repair</li>
</ul><div><b>Maintenance Mechanic Required Experience</b></div>
<ul><li>10+ years&rsquo; experience in mechanical maintenance.</li>
<li>10+ years&rsquo; experience in electrical maintenance, installing sensors, switches, relays, and overloads.</li>
<li>VFD &amp; VSDA knowledge a plus.</li>
<li>Good problem-solving skills, safety practices and attention to quality.</li>
<li>Excellent computer skills.</li>
<li>Knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, electrical, plumbing, etc.</li>
<li>Knowledge of pumps, compressors, gear boxes and blowers.</li>
