The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital tools like Zoho Social, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset for campaign planning and performance tracking.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Design campaigns and events for THW at societies, exhibitions, and partner locations.</li></ul><ul><li>Set up and manage stalls, handle product sampling activities, and gather customer feedback.</li></ul><ul><li>Actively engage with potential customers, communicate brand values, and generate leads or sales.</li></ul><ul><li>Assist in building and managing local partner/vendor relationships.</li></ul><ul><li>Own and execute end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels.</li></ul><ul><li>Use tools like Zoho Social, Zoho Campaigns, or equivalent platforms for scheduling, email marketing, and performance tracking.</li></ul><ul><li>Manage WhatsApp marketing and social media activities during campaigns.</li></ul><ul><li>Coordinate with design, sales, and other teams to ensure consistency in communication and visuals.</li></ul><ul><li>Track, analyze, and report campaign KPIs across platforms.</li></ul><ul><li>Adapt and optimize strategies based on insights and campaign performance.</li></ul><ul><li>Support CRM and email marketing efforts through segmentation, execution, and analysis.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Requirements:Educational Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.</li></ul><ul><li>Certifications in digital marketing are a plus.</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Two years of relevant experience (internships or freelance projects are a plus).</li></ul><ul><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li></ul><ul><li>Hands-on experience with digital tools like Zoho, Canva, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.</li></ul><ul><li>Strong skills in analytics, reporting, and decision-making.</li></ul>Skills &amp; Competencies:<ul><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><ul><li>Enthusiastic about health, wellness, and sustainable living.</li></ul><ul><li>Creative thinker with a data-driven approach.</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.</li></ul><ul><li>Self-motivated and detail-oriented</li></ul>Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: &#8377;200,000.00 - &#8377;360,000.00 per yearAbility to commute/relocate:<ul><li>Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)</li></ul>Application Question(s):<ul><li>How many years of experience do yo have in Design campaigns and events for THW at societies, exhibitions, and partner locations?</li><li>How many years of experience do yo have in Set up and manage stalls, handle product sampling activities, and gather customer feedback.?</li><li>How many years of experience do yo have in Actively engage with potential customers, communicate brand values, and generate leads or </li></ul>sales.?<ul><li>How many years of experience do yo have in Assist in building and managing local partner/vendor relationships.?</li></ul>Experience:<ul><li>Digital marketing: 1 year (Required)</li><li>Email marketing: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Social media marketing: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Google Ads: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>Meta Ads: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Location:<ul><li>Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra (Preferred)</li></ul>Shift availability:<ul><li>Day Shift (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
