Overview: I am looking for a motivated local individual to help me film and grow my fabrication shop, YouTube channel and social media pages. This is a part-time role perfect for a student or hobbyist who is creative, reliable, and comfortable in a shop environment.What You&rsquo;ll Do: Filming: Assist with recording shop projects during evenings and weekends. You&rsquo;ll be responsible for getting the right angles, ensuring good lighting, and catching the &quot;action&quot; shots while we work.Video Editing: Take the raw footage and turn it into engaging long-form YouTube videos and short-form clips (TikTok/Reels/Shorts).Social Media Management: Post content, write basic captions, and help respond to comments to keep the community engaged.What I&rsquo;m Looking For: Tech Savvy: You should know your way around a smartphone camera or a DSLR and have basic experience with editing software (like CapCut, Premiere, or DaVinci Resolve).Reliable: Since this is in Glenbeulah you must have your own reliable transportation to get to the shop. Interest in the Craft: You don&rsquo;t need to be an expert, but being interested in [Welding/fabrication] makes the filming much better! Communication: Bring your own creative ideas to the table.The Details: Pay: $15-$18 per hour. Hours: 10&ndash;15 hours per week (Flexible evenings and weekends).
