Responsible for movement of raw materials, finished products, and equipment throughout the facility using a forklift truck. May also utilize cranes, hoists, hand trucks, and other moving equipment to meet job requirements. Performs work under direct supervision. Handles basic issues and problems.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
Job Description</h2>
Key Accountabilities:<ul><li>
Accurately removes and stocks product, customer&rsquo;s product, and various supplies according to inventory plan.</li><li>
Accurately selects product to fill customer orders and package them properly.</li><li>
Loads and unload trucks and verify that correct items are loaded and unloaded.</li><li>
Picking, processing and packing orders, also may be required to cut orders on Kaltenbach saw.</li><li>
Completes cycle Counts.</li><li>
Identifies, holds and segregates defective material.</li><li>
Completes paperwork per work instructions, when required.</li><li>
Performs general clean up.</li><li>
Inspects forklift at the beginning of every shift; report issues to immediate supervisor or other designated personnel.</li><li>
Participates, support and comply with all health, safety, ISO and 6S Initiatives and requirements.</li><li>
Assists in any other duties to support the operation, as requested by supervisor or team lead.</li><li>
This is a position that works directly on the warehouse floor on or around heavy machinery.</li><li>

Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>
High school diploma/GED</li><li>
Ability to read and write English (in Quebec, must read and write French)</li><li>
Ability to lift and carry up to 70 lbs. for 100 feet</li><li>
Ability to perform basic math skills</li><li>
Previous forklift experience</li><li>
Must be able to sit for long periods of time and perform bending, twisting, squatting, reaching and grasping motions</li><li>

Use of handheld measuring tools</li><li>
