 Position Summary:
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Provides support to the daily operations of the Ligonier plant. Such support will involve the interaction with the production, maintenance and engineering personnel to assure that optimum performance levels are achieved throughout the plant. While maintaining production this individual may also be responsible for project work, such as building electrical panels, robotic programming, PLC, HMI, vision system and other integration work.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Responsibilities of Position:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ol>

 Support and maintain production equipment
 </li>
 <li>
 Train maintenance and production personnel on equipment operations.
 </li>
 <li>
 Consult with plant quality and engineering staff on quality issues and potential corrective actions.
 </li>
 <li>
 Lead and direct contractors and maintenance personnel in the installation, maintenance and enhancement of facility and production equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned.
 </li>

 Support design reviews of controls, safety systems and automation
 </li>
 </ol>
 
 
 
 
 
 Skill Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 Ability to program PLCs, HMI and data collection systems for automated equipment; plant standard is Allen Bradley, yet some variants exist.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to design, maintain and troubleshoot automated control systems and components; PLCs, variable speed drives, hydraulics/pneumatics, temperature, vision (Cognex, Keyence, Banner), etc.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to program robots, primarily Fanuc, Fanuc Collaborative robots and Kawasaki.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to read, develop, analyze, and interpret technical procedures, specifications, schematics and prints.
 </li>
 <li>
 Written and verbal communication skills for the training plant production and maintenance personnel in the proper operation and troubleshooting of production equipment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to define problems, collect data, draw valid conclusions from data collection, and take the proper action for correction in a fast paced production environment.
 </li>

 Education and Experience Requirements:
 
 
 
 
 
 <ol>
 <li>
 AS/BS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent job experience (required). This is not an entry-level position.
 </li>
 </ol>

 Valid drivers&rsquo; license.
 </li>

Electrical Controls Technician

 Job Summary:
 
 
 
 Commercial Finance Manager provides financial analysis, supports business decisions for sales and pricing, and partners with commercial teams to manage budgets, forecasts, and strategic plans. Key responsibilities include developing financial models for investments, analyzing commercial contracts, monitoring profitability, and reporting on financial performance to drive profitability. This role requires strong analytical and financial modeling skills, coupled with excellent communication to work with non-finance stakeholders.
 
 
 This is a hybrid position (Monday-Thursday in-office; Friday remote).
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Job Responsibilities:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Responsible for managing programs in development and current production programs to achieve and maintain the approved business case metrics
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide sound business cases, cost analysis, margin analysis, product, and customer portfolio analysis in close cooperation with the Supply, Manufacturing and Business Development departments
 </li>
 <li>
 Great broad skill set includes analytical, communication, strategic thinking, and technical knowledge of the products
 </li>
 <li>
 Outstanding organization and documentation skills and high attention to analytical details
 </li>
 <li>
 Provides leadership in communication, character, critical thinking, change mastery, conflict resolution, &amp; coaching and teaming
 </li>
 <li>
 Develop New Business Plans which assess IRR and EBITDA
 </li>
 <li>
 Support Quotations to be submitted to Customers
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with a complex bill of material to understand and cost a product, and related cost drivers
 </li>
 <li>
 Work with a variety of manufacturing processes and related costs
 </li>
 <li>
 Able to develop customer financial strategies, evaluate business cases, manage all aspects of the quote process and communicate effectively
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-pilot with program management to provide financial transparency to facilitate solid decision making
 </li>
 <li>
 Co-pilot with program management in managing risks &amp; opportunities
 </li>
 <li>
 Attend project team meetings
 </li>
 <li>
 Follow-up on open financial issues until they are resolved
 </li>
 <li>
 Perform monthly financial updates for top management (Program Reviews, Launch Readiness Review, etc.)
 </li>
 <li>
 Understands the automotive industry, market forces, customer systems, target setting process and typical negotiating strategies
 </li>
 <li>
 Set cost targets for suppliers, support Make vs Buy Decisions
 </li>
 <li>
 Providing input for plants/engineering/tooling for Profit Plan/Forecast
 </li>
 <li>
 Control development spending, and challenge the team to identify ways to reduce cost
 </li>
 <li>
 Initiate and support product cost reduction efforts
 </li>
 <li>
 Other duties as assigned

 Job Qualifications:
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 A Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree is required in Business, Finance, Business Administration or Engineering
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum of 5 years&rsquo; experience related to financial management or project management
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong finance skills and familiarity with business case preparation - financial metrics (IRR%, EBIT, EBITDA)
 </li>
 <li>
 Project management skills and proven history of successful completion on independent assignments
 </li>
 <li>
 Ability to multi-task and problem-solve in a fast-paced, changing environment
 </li>
 <li>
 Demonstrates keen sense of priorities, inspire others with forward looking orientation
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage well at all levels of the organization and with staff at remote locations
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent oral and written communication skills
 </li>
 <li>
 Manufacturing facility experience is preferred
 </li>

 Automotive experience is preferred
