<ul><li><b>Credentials:</b> NP or PA; <b>National Board Certification</b> (e.g., ANCC, AANP, or NCCPA); Active <b>CA License</b> and DEA.</li>
<li><b>Clinical Expertise:</b> 2+ years in outpatient primary care with a focus on <b>Women's Health</b> (routine gyn, contraception, STIs), <b>Mental Health</b>, and inclusive, patient-centered care.</li>
<li><b>Operational Mindset:</b> Data-driven and adaptable; comfortable collaborating with Operations to balance clinical quality with workflow efficiency.</li>

This is a remote role, with providers delivering care virtually and collaborating with clinical teams across Tia's markets.</p>

<h2 class="jobSectionHeader"><b>Compensation &amp; Benefits</b></h2>
<p>
Tia is committed to pay equity and pay transparency. Compensation for this role will be determined based on job-related factors, including experience, skills, qualifications, location, role leveling, business needs, and market conditions.</p>
<p>
The expected base salary range for this role is <b>$125,000 &ndash; $135,000</b>, depending on level and experience.</p>
