As a Non-Employee CW, perform a variety of moderately complex business planning, support, and project-related duties. CRM Engagement Specialist<br>
The CRM Engagement Specialist serves as the business liaison between the Wealth Distribution business and IT, supporting the processes associated with the Client Relationship Model (CRM) transformation strategy and execution. This job works closely with the business and key stakeholders to ensure the CRM is an effective tool to manage and grow existing and new relationships and monitor the client experience.<br>

Key Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>
Supports the CRM transformation strategy and the execution of this strategy, with an emphasis on optimizing the technologies and processes to drive a seamless associate and client experience.</li><br>
<li>
Represents the Wealth Distribution business in reinforcing the need for the CRM transformation strategy to increase the integration and efficiency of technological partnerships and sales tools.</li><br>
<li>
Serve as a support liaison between Wealth Distribution leadership and IT partners within workstreams to drive innovation in technology tools &amp; processes.</li><br>
<li>
Ability to work with minimal supervision and develops strong relationships with program leadership, sponsors, and workstream leaders.</li><br>
<li>
Supports leadership by staying connected to trends in the business and industry pertaining to the development of the CRM transformation strategy.</li><br>
<li>
Demonstrates ability to make recommendations of new techniques for addressing client needs and attracting new business.</li><br>
<li>
Monitors the associate and client experience through the CRM transformation.</li></ul>

<div>Associate - Full Stack Development - IN<br>
Full Stack Development are involved in full stack development and implement end-to-end components of custom applications. Their job involves designing and developing the UI, business logic, data &amp; integration layer along with testing and maintenance of these layers.<br>

Key Responsibilities and Duties<ul><li>
They are adept in the use of tools and technologies across tiers, and are proficient in working with systems infrastructure, creating, querying &amp; manipulating databases, APIs and integration, Front-end code (HTML/CSS, bootstrap, React JS, Angular JS) and web stack back-end technologies (PHP, Python, Java, ruby on rails etc.).</li><br>
<li>
They have a sound understanding of CI/CD processes, agile development.</li><br>
<li>
They possess deep understanding of programming fundamentals and can learn new frameworks, languages and tools as required on projects.</li></ul>

Performs complex coding to written technical specifications.</li><li>
Tests the resulting coding components in accordance with company standards and as defined in approved testing plans.</li><li>
Investigates, analyzes and documents reported defects and raising issues as appropriate.</li><li>
Analyzes run time profiles to debug errors that may exist and performs maintenance programming and correction of identified defects.</li><li>
