<p>Role Description</p><p>This is a full-time role for a Landscape Draftsman at Terra International Construction located in Abu Dhabi. The Landscape Draftsman will be responsible for tasks such as Landscape shop drawings ,Landscape, Irrigation, , and Landscaping Design.</p><p>Responsibility:</p><p>Prepare detailed site plans, planting plans, hardscape layouts, grading plans, irrigation plans, and construction details based on sketches, specifications, and IFC.</p><p>Utilize AutoCAD, Civil 3D (if applicable), and other relevant software to create accurate and professional drawings.</p><p>Ensure all drawings adhere to company standards, project specifications, and local regulations.</p><p>Incorporate revisions and feedback from the design team into drawings.</p><p>Maintain organized drawing files and project documentation.</p><p>Assist in the preparation of presentation drawings and renderings as needed.</p><p>Collaborate effectively with landscape architects, designers, Sr. Architect and other team members.</p><p>Conduct site visits to gather field data and measurements when required.</p><p>Stay up-to-date with industry trends, drafting techniques, and software advancements.</p><p>Assist with the preparation of material schedules and quantity take-off.</p><p>Contribute to the overall efficiency and quality of the design process.</p><p>Qualifications</p><p>Knowledge of Landscaping techniques</p><p>Attention to detail and creative design abilities</p><p>Experience in Irrigation and Landscape Design</p><p>Excellent communication and teamwork skills</p><p>Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment</p><p>Knowledge of AutoCAD or other drafting software is a plus</p><p>Relevant certification in Landscape Architecture or related field</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p><p>Experience:</p><p>Landscape: 2 years (Preferred)</p><p>AutoCAD: 2 years (Required)</p><p>DMT Projects: 1 year (Preferred)</p><p>Authorities NOC.s Drawings: 1 year (Preferred)</p><p>Job Type: Full-time</p>
