Overview TicketSmarter is seeking a talented and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our growing marketing team. In this role, you will create compelling visual content that promotes live events across concerts, sports, and theater. You&rsquo;ll play a key role in bringing the TicketSmarter brand to life across digital and print channels, supporting marketing campaigns, social media, and promotional initiatives. This is a fast-paced, collaborative environment where creativity, speed, and consistency are essential to driving engagement and ticket sales.Duties<ul><li>Create engaging visual assets for digital marketing campaigns, social media, websites, and print materials</li><li>Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and maintains visual consistency</li><li>Deliver high-quality design assets while meeting project deadlines</li><li>Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced marketing environment</li><li>Design graphics, illustrations, and layouts for web, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials</li><li>Edit and optimize graphics and short-form video content for social platforms</li><li>Collaborate with marketing and content teams to develop creative concepts that support campaign goals</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or related field</li><li>2&ndash;3 years of professional graphic design experience</li><li>Strong understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and digital design best practices</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously</li><li>Compelling portfolio demonstrating a range of digital and print design work</li><li>High attention to detail and strong visual storytelling skills</li><li>Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)</li><li>Experience working with collaborative tools such as Google Workspace or Dropbox</li></ul>Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
