Position: Human Resources Manager Location: Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh Industry: Heels Manufacturing Job Type: Full-TimeOverview:We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented HR Manager to oversee all human resource functions at our heels manufacturing company in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of labor laws, HR compliance, and a proven track record in managing HR operations in a manufacturing environment. This position requires expertise in employee relations, recruitment, payroll, performance management, and ensuring compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Talent Acquisition:</li><li>Lead the recruitment process by sourcing, interviewing, and hiring employees for various roles within the manufacturing plant.</li><li>Ensure the hiring process aligns with company policies and labor laws.</li><li>Compliance &amp; Labor Law:</li><li>Ensure the company adheres to all applicable labor laws, including Factory Act, Industrial Disputes Act, Payment of Wages Act, EPF Act, ESI, and other statutory compliances.</li><li>Maintain updated records of statutory filings and ensure timely submission of all mandatory reports to government authorities.</li><li>Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with labor regulations and company policies.</li><li>Employee Relations:</li><li>Foster a positive working environment through effective communication and addressing employee concerns.</li><li>Handle conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions in a fair and consistent manner.</li><li>Payroll &amp; Benefits:</li><li>Oversee payroll processing to ensure timely and accurate disbursement of wages.</li><li>Ensure compliance with statutory deductions (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.) and benefits schemes.</li><li>Administer and review employee benefits and compensation packages.</li><li>Performance Management:</li><li>Implement performance appraisal systems to evaluate employee performance and set individual development goals.</li><li>Develop and conduct training programs for employees to improve skills, productivity, and safety.</li><li>Health &amp; Safety:</li><li>Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations within the manufacturing facility.</li><li>Regularly review and update safety procedures to prevent workplace accidents.</li><li>Promote awareness of health and safety guidelines among employees.</li><li>Documentation &amp; Reporting:</li><li>Maintain accurate employee records, including contracts, performance reviews, training certifications, and compliance documents.</li><li>Prepare reports for senior management on HR metrics, labor compliance, turnover rates, and training initiatives.</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Skills:<ul><li>Education:</li><li>Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.</li><li>Experience:</li><li>Minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.</li><li>Strong understanding of labor laws and HR compliance, specifically in the context of the manufacturing industry.</li><li>Previous experience handling statutory compliance, audits, and regulatory reporting.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Proficient in MS Office and HR management software.</li><li>Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;25,000.00 - &#8377;30,000.00 per monthExperience:<ul><li>HR: 1 year (Preferred)</li><li>total work: 1 year (Preferred)</li></ul>Language:<ul><li>English (Preferred)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
