Job DescriptionPosition: Business Development Manager &ndash; Electrical Solutions Location: Lucknow (with extensive travel across regions as required) Company: Technocrats International Pvt. The company is committed to delivering innovation, reliability, and customer satisfaction across multiple sectors.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Develop new business opportunities and expand company presence in targeted markets.</li><li>Apply electrical engineering knowledge to understand customer requirements and propose appropriate technical solutions.</li><li>Drive sales, marketing, and business development initiatives to achieve revenue goals.</li><li>Conduct client visits, site inspections, and project discussions across Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, and other regions as required.</li><li>Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants, and government/industrial bodies.</li><li>Lead contract negotiations, prepare techno-commercial proposals, and ensure timely order closures.</li><li>Collaborate with technical teams to design customized solutions and support project execution.</li><li>Monitor competitor activities, market trends, and emerging opportunities.</li><li>Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and networking events.</li></ul>Desired Candidate Profile<ul><li>Education: B.E./B.Tech in Electrical Engineering + MBA in Marketing (mandatory).</li><li>Experience: Minimum 5&ndash;10 years in sales/business development/marketing in the electrical or engineering industry.</li><li>Skills:</li><li>Strong technical and commercial acumen.</li><li>Excellent communication, client-handling, and negotiation skills.</li><li>Proven record of driving sales and meeting business targets.</li><li>Willingness to travel extensively (U.P., Uttarakhand, and other states as needed).</li><li>Self-motivated with leadership qualities.</li></ul>What We Offer<ul><li>Competitive salary with attractive performance-based incentives.</li><li>Opportunities to lead key accounts and high-value projects.</li><li>Career advancement in both technical and management roles.</li><li>Dynamic and supportive work culture.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: &#8377;45,000.00 - &#8377;50,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
