About This Role:</b><br>
We are hiring a client-facing Accounting Manager to support multiple high-growth e-commerce and consumer product brands in a multi-client consulting environment. You will own the month-end close process, lead financial reporting, manage complex inventory accounting, and serve as the primary financial contact for founders. This role requires strong business acumen, exceptional communication skills, deep e-commerce accounting expertise, and the ability to operate independently in a fast-paced, tech-enabled environment.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Own full-cycle month-end close across multiple e-commerce and CPG clients</li><li>
Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly financial reporting packages with key KPIs</li><li>
Perform full balance sheet reconciliations and P&amp;L trend analysis</li><li>
Reconcile Shopify, Amazon, merchant processors, and wholesale platforms (EDI, SPS Commerce)</li><li>
Manage inventory accounting, including physical-to-GL tie-outs, COGS accuracy, obsolescence adjustments, and 3PL coordination</li><li>
Oversee A/R, collections, A/P workflows, and bill payments through Bill.com and related systems</li><li>
Manage payroll processin,g including journal entries and accruals (Gusto, Deel, JustWorks)</li><li>
Utilize fintech and spend platforms such as Ramp, Mercury, Rho, Settle, Wayflyer, and Highbeam</li><li>
Supervise and mentor bookkeepers while ensuring data accuracy</li><li>
Maintain proactive, professional client communication and act as a trusted financial partner</li></ul><p><b>

5+ years of full-cycle accounting experience</li><li>
2+ years in a multi-client or consulting environment</li><li>
Extensive e-commerce experience required</li><li>
Strong Consumer Packaged Goods and inventory management experience</li><li>
Advanced GAAP knowledge and strong financial statement analysis skills</li><li>

About This Role:</b><br>
We are hiring a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Bookkeeper to support multiple eCommerce and consumer product clients in a fast-paced accounting firm environment. This role focuses on daily transaction coding, reconciliations, accounts payable, payroll entries, and month-end support while working closely with Accounting Managers. The ideal candidate has strong experience with Shopify and Amazon reconciliations, inventory-based brands, and modern accounting technology, and is highly fluent in English with strong client communication skills.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><p>
Code daily bank and credit card transactions in QuickBooks Online</p></li><li><p>
Perform bank, credit card, Shopify, and Amazon reconciliations</p></li><li><p>
Reconcile merchant processors and wholesale platforms (EDI, SPS Commerce)</p></li><li><p>
Manage Accounts Payable using Bill.com and similar platforms</p></li><li><p>
Support payroll processing and record journal entries (Gusto, Deel, JustWorks)</p></li><li><p>
Record accrual entries and assist with the month-end close</p></li><li><p>
