JOB SUMMARY: 

The Waste Water Application Specialist will provide routine to complex field support for our water treatment solutions at customer sites and remotely. This position will be responsible for understanding customers&rsquo; needs, determining the proper solution, and delivering configured products and systems that meet the customer&rsquo;s needs. The technical application specialist will have extensive conversations with end users and suppliers, to determine what success looks like for them and ultimately what value we can add for them. This role will work very closely with R&amp;D/product development departments. This role will also be responsible for educating our sales team, our customers and other application specialists about the gained knowledge. 
Essential Job Functions:
<ul>
<li>Determine customer&rsquo;s needs and priorities (carbon footprint, dosing, product price, transport cost, sludge use/disposal...) and show the value our products can bring to them and/or their customers.</li>
<li>Travel to customer sites to provide product testing/troubleshooting and training on how to use our products effectively.</li>
<li>Respond to on-demand technical services.</li>
<li>Work closely with sales and R&amp;D to provide insight into and training on applications/dosage rates and new service opportunities.</li>
<li>Act as an internal escalation point for advanced customer related issues, for wastewater.</li>
<li>Primary resource for product and application questions received by Customer Service.</li>
<li>Produce case studies for internal and external use (white papers) based on the results of your own work and your collaboration with sales and the R&amp;D department.</li>
<li>Support the divisional sales team in responses to customer&rsquo;s requests and developing project solutions.</li>
<li>The technical application specialist will gather data to assist with product development, marketing, and commercial strategy for specific products.</li>
<li>Responsible for learning and understanding all of the products available to our customers to understand technology and benefits to recommend the best product for customer applications.</li>
<li>Responsible for educating our sales team, our customers and other application specialists about our products and how to use them efficiently. Share knowledge and findings with the different teams and maintain high levels of communication and collaboration.</li>
<li>Collaborate with the operations team, plant managers, and all laboratory personnel, as well as business leaders.</li>
<li>Attend conferences and present our products and technology.</li>
<li>Travel 50-60%.</li></ul> 


Qualifications:
<ul>
<li>5 years water treatment experience (industrial process water, Industrial wastewater, municipal potable water, municipal wastewater, surface water) or specialty chemical industry experience.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of equipment and chemistry used in the water treatment.</li>
<li>Highly analytical and able to translate findings from customer interactions into actionable steps to increase business development.</li>
<li>Exceptional interpersonal skills. Able to communicate effectively with all teams in the organization while putting the customer first.</li>
<li>A technical degree is preferred but not required for hiring.</li></ul> 


Licensing &amp; Special Requirements:
<ul>
<li>Driver&rsquo;s license and proof of insurance required by time of hire.</li>
<li>The incumbent is subject to a background check.Travel (50-60% within given territory).</li></ul> 


WORKING CONDITIONS &amp; PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Most of the work is performed at customer sites. This may include but is not limited to; wastewater treatment plants, processing areas, manufacturing sites, production sites, and more. Incumbent must be able to follow all safety standards at all sites and be able to stand, bend, sit, walk, for long periods of time. When not at customer sites, work can be completed remotely, in an office setting.

JOB SUMMARY:

Tidal Vision is seeking a Sr. Manager Accounts Payable with expertise in process and system design, specifically covering indirect procurement (services, tech, logistics) and direct procurement (raw materials sourcing). This role will drive operational transformation by designing, leading and optimizing the purchase order lifecycle, including accounts payable (AP), payments, audit processes, ERP integration, and other finance workflows.

This role requires a proactive problem solver with a strong ability to lead a team and manage enterprise-level projects, streamline operations, and drive impactful improvements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 


This is a hybrid role to be based in the Greater Seattle metro with at least 3 days a week in the office either in Everett or Bellingham. Alternatively, this can be a hybrid role with at least 3 days a week in the office in Avon Lake, OH. Regular travel is not required but we foresee opportunities to visit other locations in the US on as needed basis. 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

<li>Manage and upskill AP team personnel (2-3 direct reports).</li>
</ul><ul><li>Manage corporate credit card spend programs and indirect procurement and assist with direct procurement.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Procure-to-Pay Process &amp; System Design: Lead the design and implementation of end-to-end P2P processes using Zip, ensuring seamless integration across merchandising, procurement, finance, and supply chain. Define system capabilities to support scalable purchase order creation, approvals, invoicing, and payments, optimizing accuracy and efficiency.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Finance &amp; Audit Process Enhancement: Streamline accounts payable and processes, ensuring alignment with financial controls and compliance requirements. Implement audit-ready financial tracking systems, supporting cost visibility, reconciliation, and regulatory adherence for taxes.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Deep understanding of GAAP accounting principles and ability to leverage and collaborate with accounting and FP&amp;A team members to ensure expenses are flowing correctly to the right GLs and budgets.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Technology &amp; System Implementation: Collaborate with vendors, operations and finance teams to select and implement a P2P solution (Zip) that integrates with the ERP . Develop and leverage automation tools, data analytics, and workflow management systems to improve P2P cycle efficiency.</li>
<li>Continuous Improvement &amp; Operational Excellence: Identify inefficiencies and implement process reengineering to improve procurement, finance operations, and compliance workflows. Lead business process deployment plans, ensuring seamless execution and measurable outcomes. Explore off-shoring solutions for a scalable team.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams, including supply chain operations, engineering, legal , sales and finance to align P2P processes with broader business objectives. Ensure effective communication and collaboration across departments to drive initiatives and achieve project goals</li>
</ul><ul><li>Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness and efficiency of P2P processes. Provide regular reports and insights to senior management, highlighting areas for improvement and success.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Supplier &amp; Procurement System Optimization: Work with procurement to establish structured vendor management and contract governance processes to enhance sourcing efficiency and cost optimization. Improve PO lifecycle tracking and compliance, ensuring financial accuracy and vendor accountability.</li></ul> 


BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
<ul>
<li>6-8+ years of professional experience in supply chain procurement, or financial operations, with a focus on Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Finance Operations or Process Optimization.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Extensive knowledge of purchase order lifecycle, accounts payable (AP), audit processes and payment financial controls.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong expertise in NetSuite or Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP systems, and automation tools related to P2P and financial workflows.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience with Zip and Ramp (or Brex) and other best in class corporate spend and indirect procurement systems.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Full understanding of GAAP accounting principles.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Proven ability to independently manage large-scale, cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Data-driven mindset with experience in analyzing financial and operational data to drive decision-making.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across distributed teams.</li>

JOB SUMMARY:

We&rsquo;re looking for a Senior FP&amp;A Analyst to join our mission driven and growing organization. This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast paced growth environment and is comfortable supporting stakeholders in the manufacturing or physical goods environment &mdash; where data meets real operations, and financial insight drives tangible results.

As a key member of the Finance team, you&rsquo;ll be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, analysis, and decision support. You&rsquo;ll partner closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership to provide actionable insights that help optimize performance, manage costs, and improve profitability.

This role can be remote or hybrid with at least 3 days in the office in either Bellingham, WA, Everett WA or Avon Lake, OH. 
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

<li>Support the forecasting, budgeting, reporting and long-range planning processes across multiple business units.</li>
<li>Partner with sales leadership, operations, production, and supply chain teams to understand and improve forecasting for sales projections, cost drivers, headcount and other operating expenses and capex planning</li>
<li>Develop and maintain detailed financial models, including P&amp;L, cash flow, working capital forecast, and scenario analyses.</li>
<li>Analyze COGS, margins, and working capital trends to identify opportunities for efficiency and improvement.</li>
<li>Provide clear, data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership.</li>

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

<li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field; MBA or CPA/CFA a plus.</li>
<li>3-5+ years of experience in FP&amp;A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consulting with analytical responsibilities, ideally within a manufacturing, inventory-based, or physical goods environment.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and manufacturing operations.</li>
</ul><ul><li>Experience building complex financial models.</li>
