 Managed product portfolios, including planning, market positioning, and lifecycle management.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Planned, coordinated, and delivered high-impact marketing campaigns and promotional events.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Oversaw and drove the growth of e-commerce initiatives.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Supported the Country Manager across strategic projects and sales development activities.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Represented the company as a confident public speaker at events, conferences, and presentations.
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Collaborated cross-functionally to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.
 </li>
 
 </ul>
 
 Requirements
 
 <ul>
 
 <li>
 Degree in business administration or equivalent education
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Experienced manager with at least 7 years of work experience in Network-Marketing (Direct-Selling) and 3 years of leadership experience
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Extensive knowledge of the local market, product management and licensing requirements, and the ability to respond aggressively to changing market trends and competition to leverage new market opportunities
 </li>
 
 <li>
 Excellent speaking and writing in Local and English languages
 </li>
