Job Title: Junior Developer</b></p><p><b>
Location:</b> Bangalore</p><p><b>
Experience: </b>2-3+ years in software development, particularly in 4G/5G Protocols</p><p><b>
Education:</b></p><ul><li>
B.E./B.S./B.Tech./M.S./M.E./M.Tech. in Electrical Electronics/Computer Science (related branches will be considered)</li><li>
Strong academic background with excellent oral and written communication skills</li></ul><p><b>
Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Assist in tasks ranging from systemization, design, to software development, debugging and testing of 5G features.</li><li>
Participate in SW design, implementation, and verification/integration under senior guidance.</li><li>
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure feature development aligns with project goals.</li><li>
Document development processes and test outcomes comprehensively.</li></ul><p><b>
Skills Required:</b></p><ul><li>
Proficiency in languages like C, C++, or Python for software development and network implementation.</li><li>
Strong analytical and critical thinking to identify, analyze, and solve technical challenges.</li><li>
Ability and willingness to learn and to work in agile cross-functional teams</li><li>
Understanding 3GPP radio access standardization concepts including algorithms, procedures, and protocols.</li><li>
Should have good understanding of 3GPP protocols like LTE and 5G NR. Should have strong understanding of end-to-end RAN system. Solid understanding of Communications Systems, knowledge of PHY/MAC layers in 4G, 5G.</li><li>
Experience in developing and testing software for 5G Layer 1/Layer 2 protocols.</li><li>
Familiarity with test methodologies, tools, and simulators at the system and node</li><li>
Basic understanding of the Linux operating system and optimizing data processing paths using DPDK and Smart Network Interface Cards.</li><li>
Proficient in using version control tools like Git, Gerrit, and Jira.</li><li>
Experience with CI/CD principles and tools, such as Jenkins and Spinnaker.</li><li>
Knowledge about agile and lean methodologies.</li><li>
Self-driven and proactive approach.</li><li>
Excellent communication and documentation skills.</li><li>
Proficient in English.</li></ul><p></p><div><br>

We expect you to have?</p><ul><li><p>
Expert in AS400 RPG, SQLRPGLE, RPGLE, CL, DB2, CLLE, ILE Concept and SQL on iSeries.</p></li><li><p>
At least 4-8 years of experience in IT with solid knowledge on application development and support.</p></li><li><p>
Knowledge of IBM rational tools like RDI, ARCAD, and ALDON will be an added advantage.</p></li><li><p>
Knowledge of Credit Cards operations, network interfaces, authorization, clearing, settlement, chargebacks, interest calculation will be good to have.</p></li><li><p>
Experience in working with agile methodologies like Scrum is a plus.</p></li><li><p>
Should have sound knowledge of Batch jobs, SQL and DB2/400</p></li></ul><p>
