Responsibilities:
The Operations Professional is the heart of the back of house operations in a Tiffany store. The Operations Professional has strong communication and problem solving skills and works effectively with sales professionals, management, corporate partners and clients to drive store sales and profitability. </li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience
Required
<ul><li>Master&rsquo;s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
</li><li>3&ndash;5 years of post-qualification experience, ideally within retail and/or luxury environments
</li><li>Strong communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
</li><li>High level of attention to detail and analytical capability
</li><li>Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
</li><li>Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
</li><li>Demonstrated track record of process improvement or automation initiatives
</li></ul>Preferred
<ul><li>Experience with JD Edwards
</li><li>Exposure to Hyperion or similar planning systems
</li><li>Programming or database skills (e.g. SQL, VBA, or similar)
</li><li>Experience using Power BI or other data visualisation tools</li></ul></div>
