 Job Purpose:
 
 
 
 The Tiffany Waitstaff Captain plays a key role in delivering an exceptional store experience by providing attentive and friendly service to clients. Responsibilities include overseeing junior staff, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring client satisfaction in a fast-paced luxury environment.  Create and Coordinate Exceptional Client Experiences &amp; Hospitality:
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Deliver exceptional attention to clients at the start of their Tiffany journey and ensure outstanding hospitality throughout their visit.
 </li>
 <li>
 Anticipate clients&rsquo; needs by learning their preferences and partnering with client advisors to offer food and beverage choices accordingly.
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare and serve petits fours, as well as hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.
 </li>
 <li>
 Coordinate daily activities of the waitstaff team.
 </li>
 <li>
 Describe menu items to clients/guests, take orders, and provide service.
 </li>
 <li>
 Supervise hospitality areas and ensure their operational efficiency.
 </li>
 <li>
 Ensure the continuous readiness of hospitality spaces, equipment, and supplies to accommodate any unexpected requests.

 Optimize the Environment:

 Maintain the general upkeep and appearance of hospitality-related areas within the store.

 Coordinate hospitality supply inventory, including replenishment needs, order processing, and optimal storage organization.

 Communicate effectively and take initiative when cleaning is required before and after selling appointments.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain clean and organized hospitality areas.

 Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, equipment, service, and seating areas, staying up to date on all safety and hygiene policies.

 Industry Experience:

 The Executive Assistant to the SVP, Chief Artistic Officer serves as a trusted strategic partner responsible for managing the operational rhythm, priorities, and administrative infrastructure of the Chief Artistic Officer&rsquo;s office. This role goes beyond traditional administrative support and requires a highly perceptive, organized, and anticipatory professional capable of operating within a fast-paced global luxury and creative environment.
 
 
 The Executive Assistant plays a critical role in protecting the Chief Artistic Officer&rsquo;s time, enabling creative leadership, and ensuring seamless coordination across the Design Studio and executive leadership team. This individual must be able to quickly assess complex situations, understand shifting priorities, and exercise sound judgment in order to manage competing demands, sensitive information, and high-visibility interactions.
 
 
 
 Location: This position is in-person (5 days per week) at our Corporate Headquarters in New York, NY
 
 
 and requires fluency in both French and English.

 The hiring range for this position ranges from $40.72 - $55.09/ hour. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates&rsquo; relevant skills and experience.

 Fluency in both French and English (written and verbal).

 Minimum 8+ years of experience supporting senior executives in a fast-paced corporate or creative environment.
