This role is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership position whenever our salaried managers are away, ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently.<br>

This is a part-time, non-exempt, hourly position. The schedule will be flexible, yet varied, encompassing day, night, and some weekend shifts, typically between 7 AM and 11 PM. Looking to primarily fill evening and weekend shifts; however, additional availability is welcome.<div><div><br>

<b>As an ODM:</b></div>
<ul><li>Earn $18/hr for ODM shifts.</li>
<li>Serve as the manager on duty in the absence of salaried managers, leading the team and ensuring smooth store operations.</li>
<li>Oversee, train, and evaluate the work of 3&ndash;6 employees per shift, fostering a productive and positive work environment.</li>
<li>Manage daily operations, including product preparation, sales, inventory, and service to ensure a seamless guest experience.</li>
<li>Execute opening and closing procedures, complete daily paperwork, and conduct inventory checks to maintain accuracy.</li>
<li>Optimize delivery efficiency by routing orders to maximize speed and delivery business.</li>
<li>Maintain a positive, can-do attitude, setting the tone for the team and leading by example in every role.</li>
<li>Assist with front-of-house tasks, including greeting customers, taking orders, handling transactions, and ensuring order accuracy.</li>
<li>Support performance management, including coaching team members and providing feedback or corrective actions as needed.</li>

<b>As a Kitchen Team Member:</b></div>
<ul><li>Earn $15/hr for Kitchen shifts.</li>
<li>Bake and prepare warm, delicious treats to perfection, following company recipes and quality standards.</li>
<li>Accurately package orders for delivery or pickup, ensuring a delightful customer experience.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment while upholding food safety and sanitation guidelines.</li>

<b>As a Delivery Driver:</b></div>
<ul><li>Earn $10/hr + delivery fees and 100% customer tips for Driver shifts.</li>
<li>Deliver warm, freshly baked treats quickly and efficiently using a Tiff&rsquo;s Treats company vehicle or a personal vehicle when needed.</li>
<li>Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers with a smile and ensuring a positive delivery experience.</li>
<li>Assist with various in-store duties, including order packaging and cleaning, to support overall store operations.</li>

<b>What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</b></div>
<ul><li>Flexible &amp; Versatile &ndash; Must be willing to work both Delivery Driver and Kitchen shifts as needed throughout the week.</li>
<li>Leadership Experience &ndash; A minimum of 6 months of leadership and/or management experience in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Availability for Peak Business Days &ndash; Must be available to work on our busiest days of the year, including Bosses&rsquo; Day, Admin Pro Day, and Valentine&rsquo;s Day (&quot;All Hands on Deck&quot; days).</li>
<li>Clean Driving Record &amp; Valid License &ndash; A current, valid driver&rsquo;s license with a clean driving record is required.</li>
<li>Proof of Auto Insurance &ndash; Must have current car insurance, with the driver&rsquo;s name listed as an authorized driver.</li>
<li>Personal Vehicle for Deliveries &ndash; Must have access to a personal vehicle for deliveries when company vehicles are occupied (Drivers will receive additional compensation for using their own car).<br>
<i>Please note: At this time, we do not allow deliveries via motorcycles, scooters, or bicycles.</i></li>
