Employee Relations &amp; Engagement<ul><li>Serve as the primary HR contact for Market and Wash Division employees, providing guidance and support on employee relations, performance management, and workplace concerns.</li><li>Advise supervisors on best practices in coaching, feedback, and employee engagement.</li><li>Conduct fair, confidential workplace investigations and recommend solutions that align with company policy and values.</li><li>Support initiatives that promote positive culture, teamwork, and employee retention.</li></ul>
Compliance &amp; Policy<ul><li>Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and company policies.</li><li>Maintain and communicate HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the divisions.</li><li>Support EEO and non-discrimination initiatives, providing training and guidance where needed.</li></ul>
HR Administration &amp; Collaboration<ul><li>Partner with the Payroll &amp; Benefits Manager on onboarding paperwork, status changes, and payroll coordination.</li><li>Assist with HRIS updates and ensure accurate employee data, PTO tracking, and documentation.</li><li>Collaborate with the Health &amp; Safety Specialist to promote safe work environments and manage worker&rsquo;s compensation cases.</li><li>Participate in HR team projects and initiatives to continuously improve processes and employee experience.</li></ul>
Continuous Improvement<ul><li>Stay current on trends in recruiting, employee engagement, and employment law.</li><li>Provide feedback and recommendations to enhance HR practices within the Market and Wash Divisions.</li></ul>
Requirements:

Qualifications and Experience<ul><li>Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in HR.</li><li>HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.</li><li>Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Paylocity preferred.</li><li>Exceptional oral and written communication skills, with proven ability to deliver effective presentations and engage with diverse audiences, both internally and externally.</li><li>Approachable, responsive, and resourceful, with a positive &ldquo;Can-Do&rdquo; attitude that fosters trust and connection across all levels.</li><li>Solutions-focused mindset, skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution, with a commitment to creating and maintaining a positive work environment.</li></ul>
Physical Requirements<ul><li>Capable of lifting items such as office supplies sometimes weighing over 25 lbs. as needed</li><li>Capable of sitting and operating a computer and related equipment for extended periods of time</li><li>Able to effectively communicate verbally and in written correspondence with team members and/or customers</li><li>Able to read and understand various signage, instructions, and related paperwork</li></ul></div>
