Our team is dedicated to craftsmanship, professionalism, and continuous improvement.Position SummaryDuct Bank One is seeking a Quality Control Technician with ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician &ndash; Grade I certification to join our team in Massillon, Ohio. This role is essential in ensuring our precast products consistently meet industry standards, project specifications, and customer requirements.Key Responsibilities&middot; Conduct daily inspections of precast concrete units for dimensional accuracy, surface finish, and overall quality.&middot; Perform concrete and material testing in compliance with ACI, ASTM, PCI, and DOT standards.&middot; Monitor batching, mix design accuracy, slump, air content, temperature, and unit weights.&middot; Maintain complete and accurate test results, reports, and quality records.&middot; Identify and communicate nonconformance issues to production staff; assist in corrective actions.&middot; Ensure proper curing, handling, and storage of precast elements.&middot; Support external audits and inspections (PCI, DOT, customer representatives).&middot; Maintain calibration and care of testing equipment.&middot; Promote and enforce safe work practices throughout the plant.Qualifications&middot; ACI Concrete Field Testing Technician &ndash; Grade I certification (required).&middot; Additional ACI or PCI certifications highly preferred.&middot; Experience in precast, ready-mix, or construction materials testing strongly preferred.&middot; Knowledge of ASTM, PCI, and DOT testing procedures.&middot; Strong attention to detail with ability to follow standardized processes.&middot; Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.&middot; Strong organizational and communication skills.&middot; Basic computer proficiency (Excel, Word, reporting software).&middot; Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in indoor/outdoor environments.Compensation &amp; Benefits&middot; Competitive hourly wage (based on experience and certification level).&middot; Overtime opportunities.&middot; Health, dental, and vision insurance.&middot; Paid time off and holidays.&middot; Opportunities for professional development (including PCI certifications).&middot; Company-provided safety training and equipment.Job Type: Full-timePay: $22.37 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 &ndash; 55 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Flexible schedule</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Life insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Professional development assistance</li><li>Referral program</li><li>Vision insurance</li></ul>Work Location: In person
