Job description -Kerala Cafe is a renowned multi chain restaurant group with its presence in Mumbai, Pune , Kerala &amp; Bangalore known for its authentic Kerala cuisine, providing a delightful dining experience with a focus on traditional flavors and warm hospitality.Purchase Executive Responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) accurately in line with company policies and approvals.</li><li>Ensure proper verification, documentation, and closure of Goods Receipt Notes (GRNs) for all incoming materials.</li><li>Raise purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials to various outlets.</li><li>Monitor inventory levels in coordination with the store/warehouse team and ensure stock replenishment as per consumption.</li><li>Ensure procurement of fresh, high-quality ingredients in line with food safety and hygiene standards.</li><li>Develop and maintain strong vendor relationships to achieve cost efficiency and reliability.</li><li>Track and analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and seasonal availability of raw materials.</li><li>Ensure proper documentation, billing, and compliance with company policies.</li><li>Coordinate with the Accounts team for timely vendor payments and reconciliation.</li><li>Work closely with Operations, Kitchen, and Store teams to meet outlet-specific requirements.</li><li>Regularly review supplier performance and recommend alternatives if needed.</li></ul>Qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree or equivalent work experience.</li><li>1-2 year experience in hospitality industry</li><li>Proficiency in the relevant management software programs.</li><li>Good written and verbal communication and negotiation skills.</li><li>The ability to identify market trends and make decisions in a high-stress environment.</li><li>The ability to follow client specifications.</li><li>Excellent networking and time management skills.</li></ul>Purchase Assistant / Purchase Store Executive / Senior Purchase Executive Kindly Share your resume on *9975333941*Job Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to ₹15,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
