The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills, a deep understanding of the F&amp;B industry supply chain, and the ability to manage supplier relationships while optimizing cost and quality.Key Responsibilities :<ul><li>Manage and execute the procurement process for all restaurant outlets.</li><li>Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to ensure best quality and pricing.</li><li>Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies and cost-control initiatives.</li><li>Oversee inventory levels, demand forecasting, and replenishment planning.</li><li>Build and maintain strong supplier relationships and regularly evaluate vendor performance.</li><li>Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety regulations, and ethical procurement standards.</li><li>Collaborate with kitchen, operations, and finance teams to align purchasing with business needs.</li><li>Analyze and report purchasing data, cost trends, and performance metrics.</li><li>Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve overall supply chain efficiency.</li><li>Train and supervise purchasing staff to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.</li></ul>Required Skills &amp; Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred).</li><li>3&ndash;6 years of experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.</li><li>Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.</li><li>Knowledge of inventory management software or ERP systems.</li><li>Multilingual proficiency is an added advantage.</li></ul>Send your resume on WhatsApp: 9975333941 Visit: www.keralacafe.coJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: Up to &#8377;40,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
