Greet patients and families, answer phones, schedule appointments, process payments and insurance claims, complete patient/doctor correspondence, maintain office appearance, promote a positive environment for patients and co-workers and participate in community activities (health fairs/community service) as needed. Fluent in Spanish/English, HS Diploma/GED, excellent customer service and communication skills, dependability/reliability, professionalism, and computer skills (Microsoft Word/Excel/Publisher). Prior Dental/Medical office experience preferred.
