This role is both strategic and relational, owning client accounts, ensuring the smooth delivery of marketing initiatives, and driving meaningful impact for our partners. You&rsquo;ll be the trusted liaison between partners and our internal teams, guiding strategy, ensuring seamless execution, and continually seeking ways to enhance the client experience.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship &amp; Experience<ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for Senior Living clients, fostering strong, trust-based partnerships.</li><li>Provide exceptional service that builds trust, credibility, and long-term client retention.</li><li>Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and suggest beneficial services or products.</li><li>Take ownership of account performance, ensuring clients feel supported and valued.</li></ul>Strategic Marketing Partnership<ul><li>Work alongside the Marketing Department to implement and refine marketing strategies tailored to our partners' goals.</li><li>Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights on digital marketing performance and strategy.</li><li>Develop and deliver clear, actionable reporting that highlights success metrics and areas for improvement.</li></ul>Project &amp; Task Management<ul><li>Partner with the Project Manager to ensure seamless delivery of campaigns, websites, and other client initiatives.</li><li>Coordinate tasks, priorities, deliverables, and timelines across internal teams.</li><li>Organize and facilitate client meetings, ensuring agendas are purposeful and follow-ups are completed.</li></ul>Communication &amp; Reporting<ul><li>Develop weekly status updates in collaboration with marketing and project management.</li><li>Ensure clear, timely, and productive communication between partners and internal teams.</li><li>Translate marketing data into partner-friendly reports that demonstrate value and impact.</li></ul>What Success Looks Like<ul><li>Partners see you as indispensable and proactive&mdash;anticipating needs before they arise.</li><li>Campaigns and projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with client goals.</li><li>Partners feel supported, informed, and excited about the partnership with Tilladelse.</li><li>You embody Tilladelse&rsquo;s values by leading with kindness, taking ownership, fostering joy, and driving innovation.</li></ul>Qualifications<ul><li>3+ years of experience in client success, account management, or project management&mdash;preferably within a digital marketing agency or Senior Living context.</li><li>Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, PPC, social media, website performance, and Google Analytics).</li><li>Exceptional organizational skills, communication, and relationship-building.</li><li>Ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.</li><li>Proficiency with project management and reporting tools (experience with ClickUp a plus).</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $71,363.46 - $85,943.09 per yearBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Work Location: In person
