You understand how words can stir emotion, build trust, and move people to action.Your words will shape the digital presence of senior living communities across the country. You&rsquo;ll write for people in deeply emotional seasons of life &mdash; adult children seeking care for their parents, and older adults exploring new chapters. You&rsquo;ll help them feel seen, understood, and guided.This role is ideal for someone who blends poetic craftsmanship with marketing acumen. Someone who can capture the soul of a brand while following a clear content strategy.What You&rsquo;ll Do<ul><li>Own all content writing and production, from research and strategy to final delivery.</li><li>Write compelling, imagery-rich website copy that&rsquo;s empathetic, on-brand, and aligned with strategic marketing goals.</li><li>Conduct subject matter expert interviews and research to uncover each client&rsquo;s unique offerings, philosophy, and approach.</li><li>Maintain and develop marketing content outlines that provide clear direction, structure, and intent for each website page.</li><li>Collaborate across teams, aligning with the Marketing Director for strategic direction and the Creative &amp; Art Director for brand voice and design considerations.</li><li>Write marketing copy for digital and traditional campaigns that connects emotionally and converts intentionally.</li><li>Produce blog articles and storytelling pieces that deepen engagement and reinforce brand authority.</li><li>Write content for email engagement and drip campaigns, guiding audiences with empathy and clarity.</li><li>Edit and refine content with an ear for tone, rhythm, and readability, ensuring every word serves a purpose.</li></ul>What You Bring<ul><li>3&ndash;5+ years of professional writing experience in marketing, communications, or brand storytelling.</li><li>A demonstrated ability to write with empathy, depth, and persuasion.</li><li>Understanding of audience psychology and the emotional side of decision-making.</li><li>Experience writing for the web, with awareness of SEO and conversion best practices.</li><li>A love of language and an instinct for structure &mdash; knowing when to move hearts and when to move action.</li><li>A portfolio that shows your range: narrative-driven pieces and clear, compelling marketing copy.</li></ul>Job Type: Full-timePay: $32.00 - $35.00 per hourExpected hours: 40 per weekBenefits:<ul><li>401(k)</li><li>Paid time off</li></ul>Ability to Commute:<ul><li>Olympia, WA 98502 (Required)</li></ul>Work Location: In person
