What you will do:
The Ice Cream Scooper will provide fast, friendly service to guests in all ice cream areas of the Visitors&rsquo; Center. They will be assigned to work as an Ice Cream Cashier, Ice Cream Dishwasher, Ice Cream Busser, and/or Ice Cream scooper. They may rotate through the different positions as needed. The Ice Cream Scooper maintains Tillamook&rsquo;s Shared Values, creating a world-class guest experience to the one million guests that visit annually, and supports in the Creamery&rsquo;s daily operations. 
Here&rsquo;s a day in the life:<ul><li>
Scoop and serve ice cream following portion and quality standards.</li><li>
Assist with retrieval of ice cream orders and stock ice cream in the freezer.</li><li>
Assist with defrosting the freezers and other general cleanup.</li><li>
Serve customers by taking orders on POS system. Take customer payment, make change correctly and maintain an accurate cash drawer.</li><li>
Stock set-up areas behind counters daily and replenish supplies as needed.</li><li>
Clean all shelving and service areas behind counters daily. Maintain high level of cleanliness and organization in the ice cream area at all times.</li><li>
Maintain up-to-date knowledge on all ice cream flavors (and ingredients) to answer customer questions.</li><li>
Assist with retrieval of ice cream order from the plant and stocks ice cream in freezer.</li><li>
Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors, and the general public.</li><li>
Communicate effectively.</li><li>
Utilize a computer/POS System.</li><li>
Act as a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company.</li><li>
Possess strong customer service skills.</li><li>
Follow written or verbal instruction.</li><li>
Read, write, speak and understand English.</li><li>
Compute basic arithmetic.</li></ul> 
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED is preferred.</li><li>
Food service experience is preferred.</li><li>
Customer service experience preferred</li><li>
Must obtain and provide a Food Handler&rsquo;s Certification within 30 days of hire.</li></ul>

What you will do:
The Maintenance Technician will troubleshoot and repair dairy processing plant equipment, packaging equipment and supporting utility systems and equipment. 
Here&rsquo;s a day in the life:<ul><li>
Performs highly diversified duties to install and maintain production machines and the plant facility&rsquo;s equipment. Complies with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areas.</li><li>
Provides emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production and performs scheduled maintenance repairs of production equipment during machine service.</li><li>
Prepares and set up machinery for scheduled production runs.</li><li>
Performs mechanic skills including, but not limited to, Packaging Mechanical, Refrigeration, PLC/Process Controls, Dairy Systems Mechanic, Electrical, Welding/Fabrication, and General Maintenance.</li><li>
Reads and interprets drawings, equipment manuals, and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.</li><li>
Diagnoses problems, replaces or repairs parts, tests and makes adjustments. Uses a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters and material handling equipment in performing duties.</li><li>
Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees, supervisors and the general public.</li><li>
Communicate effectively.</li><li>
Act as a team player and be able to interact with staff at all levels of the company.</li><li>
Work under pressure, meet deadlines, and be flexible in working on multiple projects simultaneously.</li><li>
Demonstrates excellent time-management skills with the ability to work independently with little supervision.</li></ul> 
Knowledge, skills, and abilities:<ul><li>
High school diploma or GED or 1 to 3 years related experience. Associate&rsquo;s degree or trade school certification preferred</li><li>
General plant mechanical maintenance history required.</li><li>
AllenBradley PLC programming, Allen Bradley Panel View, Devicenet, Controlnet, and strong electrical and instrumentation background</li><li>
Strong background and experience working within a team. Follows the One Team values of Keeping commitments to each other, valuing each other&rsquo;s diverse perspectives, and collaborating across the organization toward the same goal.</li><li>
Proven ability to methodically think through problems with detailed step by step processes.</li></ul>
